Ordered this machine for a faster coffee time in the morning. The machine is ok, a bit noisy at the first use until the pump is taking water. i need to change the coffee to be more fine for a better taste. Also i had to change the cups because the usual ones don't fit in the machine. Overall, a good machine.

Simple, easy to use, I have used this for years, froths milk well. The thing is its a little noisy but I like that. Id buy it again.

This product replaced an identical one I had had for 3 years so they do last well. Makes a good cup of coffee and is easy to use. You have to use an espresso cup to collect the coffee otherwise you need to take the drip tray out to fit in a full size cup-that is the only issue.

This machine makes great hot coffee. Just follow the instructions in the manual and you cant go wrong. I use red lavazza coffee. Its great, I love this machine.

This does produce a great coffee but the machine is so noisy! it vibrates a lot too which means you have to keep the cup from moving.

Good value for money on an espresso machine, and very easy to use. My only issues are that it barely makes any crema, and you can't put anything taller than an espresso cup without removing the drip tray. Also, when the water is being pumped the machine vibrates a lot so the cups move a bit so you need to hold it. Otherwise, all round good machine.

Great coffee machine, the milk steaming wand is much more powerful than the previous machine i had and steams the milk really fast. Only thing that could be better is that you can't fit a very tall cup onto the drip tray, there could be a bit more space to fit a proper cup.

You'll have to know what you're doing as there's no pressurized filter holder/handler. With the right skills and the best coffee grinding, you'll make better lattes and espressos than the ones you'll find in most places. The 1100w definitely make a difference in the heating speed/capacity of the milk steamer. The machine is mainly made out of plastic, so expect it to be noisy, really really noisy. But you just ignore it when you see that crema on top of your espresso.

I thought this coffee machine is to small to make a coffee but actually it is very good. I am very happy and it doesn’t take me long time to make the coffee in the morning.
