Refurbished but, other than some stray coffee grinds inside, looks 100%. Super easy to use and a really decent coffee. Would buy again.

AudiA4So I have this one and home and ESAM4200 at work, same coffee from ESAM4200 taste just sooooo much better.4200 makes Caffe Corso coffee taste like mud mixed with hot water.Not sure where is the difference, is it the water heater element or what, but this one seems to be not brewing that well comparing to ESAM4200.Will be selling soon and upgrading.
