Don't buy it,doesn't do what it says in the discription . Had difficulty returning it by the staff very unhelpful.

Coffee taste disgusting. I’m not recommend to buy this coffee machine!

Seems impossible to make decent espresso with this. There's also very little clearance for getting cups under the filter, so it's no good if you have anything other than teeny-tiny espresso cups. The drip tray is a one piece moulded nightmare that's almost impossible to clean. Get a more expensive one.

Parts missing not fit for purpose not worth the money

I bought it and after first time I realised that the power light is off and I don’t know what happened because I didn’t use it.

I had a similar machine which gave a creamy head. This one does not and pours like a black coffee.

Not make the best coffee

East to use but makes just half an inch of coffee then it's all hot water.

It’s noisy,the coffe it’s a bit weak so don’t expect for a realy strong coffe.the steamer is very good making realy nice froff.in generaly worth of money

Looks flimsy and cheap.if you want a long espresso you will have to use a small cup in the machine and then pour it in a bigger one because the space is limited to only espresso cups

An impressive looking machine The element is very fast to heat the water and it takes pods as well as coffee but the design is disappointing because it will only fit small cups an ordinary mug cannot be used

Unfortunately the coffee machine doesn’t have a stopper, so whenever you’re making the coffee, you must remember to switch it off, otherwise your coffee will overflow the cup, depending how much water you have added. Would have thought that a espresso machine would have a this option. Quite noisy. There are better coffee machines out there.

This was bought to replace the very similar looking DeLonghi EC152.CD which has worked well since 2012 but recently developed a fault. This new EC145 appears to be an inferior product even though the specifications are the same. It's noisy and vibrates too much. If you value a crema then it seems that the two filters with this machine won't give you much. The steam tube on the new machine feels as though it would break easily. The coffee it makes is not much more than warm.

Bought this to replace our old espresso maker and return the first one within 24 hours thinking there was something wrong with it. Returned the second one also. Very Very noisy indeed, so much so that it was impossible to use in the early morning without waking the household. Coffee was watery and the crema was practically non-existent. Machine vibrates so much that the espresso cups move out of place. Went for the ECP33.21 model instead which is much quieter, more solid and makes a better brew.

I am very disappointed

I bought this item as I was looking for a coffee machine with a milk frother but did not want to spend a large amount of money. The espresso maker is good but the cappuccino maker is very disappointing mainly because you cannot get a large enough container to to put under the milk frother as it is physically impossible due to the length of the cappuccino maker. Takes too much messing around for a cup of coffee and even more time consuming cleaning

Area for cups very small none of my cups fitted, so disappointed

Failed to make Espresso satisfactorily. Previously had same model which made good coffee but eventually pump failed.
