I worried about reliability with such a complex and mechanical operation but as per photos several years and over 7000 drinks later (as well as a particularly nasty fall) it still runs like new and makes a great brew. Old model - dont pay too much. Only downside to this one is you cant set cup size. We dont use a kettle... it dishes out hot water for a cup of tea too

Great coffee at the push of a button with clear and helpful display to inform and alert. Online chat was good for ordering a replacement milk carafe.. Replacement milk carafe arrived promptly but was the wrong model.

Easy to set up and use. Looks stylish, cleaning functions, different strength settings and being able to make one or two espresso at the same time. Easy to fill beans container. Water temperature for coffee is at the right temperature 80c.. Milk isn’t hot enough and cooling the milk based drinks like cappuccino down to lukewarm

Lovely coffee at a press of a button.. It is our second machine the other one the coffee grinder broke after 2 & half years. So hope this last longer. It seems to need to be descaled quite often.

This coffee machine is very easy to use and makes delicious coffee. Cleaning function is very useful as giving me more time for other things. I haven't noticed any problems so far.
