Good looking product, albeit on the large side. Delivers filtered hot water at desired temperature up to 1.5 liters. Easy and safe to use. There is an after taste to the water for the first few times of use but this soon disappears.

Excellent have problems with my arms so can't manage a kettle anymore took a day to get the hang of how it worked but very satisfied with the items and also looks good in my kitchen

After reading some of the reviews I was nervous. I was very pleasantly surprised, no smell and it boiled the water perfectly in no time at all. So much better when there are only 1 or 2 people in the house. Ideal for hot water for the gravy and saucepans. I wish I had bought one before.

Great no wasted water or electricity. Heats and distances only the amount of water you request. No more heating up water you dont use.

Slight taste of plastic initionaly but after that, it makes a really lovely, clean tasting cup of tea.

The first one we bought was faulty as it failed to boil but with a phone call to Morphy Richards and returned it to argos and got a replacement we have not looked back. Once you get the hang of cup measurements you'll be away. It boils fast and very simple to use once set up.

Excellent product, boils or brings to temperature two other predetermined lower temperatures 150ml up to 1.5ltr of water. Water level indicator in 3ltr tank could be clearer. However a fantastic well built easy to use product.

The product is generally very good. Unfortunately Argos sent out an 'apparently' customer return to me as a new product. This was swiftly and efficiently resolved. The product does what it is designed to do although setting the amount of water required is a bit hit and miss. This is because the facility for setting the quantity of water does not react in line with the movement of the setting knob. Looking to set, for example, 320ml it will adjust to 300 and then jump to 340.

Great machine! Wouldn't be without it now! Saves boiling that kettle full of water you don't need. Only boils the amount you set it to. Saw it at my daughters and just had to have one, highly recommended!

After having to send the first one back I recieved my replacemnt and it's great does exact what we need. It was bought to replace a previous water dispenser the only thing I will say is that the water doesnt reach 100 degrees as it states it's around 90 when set at 100

Being disabled it is a very easy to use, great quality product, highly likely to recommend to all my friends, thanks argos

Meets expectations. Nozzle drips sometimes and there can be some splashes outside of a mug. Neither are serious issues. Takes time to get use to it. It is more flexible than a kettle and uses less electricity [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]
