Brian WeatherleyI wanted a toaster that would cook quickly, evenly and all sizes of bread including Warburtons. This toaster does it all and looks good too. If you have the bread portrait it’s doesn’t fit but the slots in this toaster are long enough to fit even Warburtons bread landscape. Would give six stars if I could

SageReally disappointing, the 1st side broke within a few months and then the other send also broke shortly after. How hard can it be to design and make a toaster that lasts more than a few months!!????
Damo CrossUtter trash do not buyMost slices of bread don’t fit So left untoasted and further more it stopped working in less than a week of having it.Russell Hobbs used to be a great make but we have also had issues with a micro wave that almost caught fire so I will never buy from these again
ScottallanThis toaster seems to have smaller slots than my previous Russel Hobbs Colours Plus.I buy regular bread, like Hovis white/brown bread as well as supermarket's own brand ones. And very often they don't fit in the slot. I have to squeeze them in or turn them around.I mainly bought this because it's stainless steel with very little cheap looking plastic bits. Plus reheating function. I probably wouldn't buy it again.
MianI will be returning this product because to get a piece of bread in you have to cut because the holes aren't big enough to take a full slice

One side of your bread toasts quicker than the other so you have to take the bread out & turn it over half way through! If you use Warburtons bread then it doesn't fit the slot!! Poor & disappointing design

JeffThe design of the is ridiculous, cannot fit a sensible sized slice of bread in horizontally and vertically it leaves a good inch and a half of bread out of the top. Complete junk. Looks nice but designed by people who never actually eat toast. Using Warburton's toastie loaf for reference.

MicheleThis toaster was fantastic. Easily cleaned, big enough slots for UK sized bread when it's in sideways. I would have highly recommended it and given it 5 stars until a month ago. One side of the toaster is completely broken and doesn't heat up or anything. I would have at least expected it to last a year before breaking...I would recommend looking for a toaster that doesn't break so quickly.
