Purchased October 2017. Worked well initially and is best maintained by regular cleaning of the filter and fittings. Packed up in August 2018. Overall poor value and customer service link provided by Amazon to manufacturer no longer works.

I’m not very happy about it.It does not heat the coffee as i was expecting.It’s easy to use.

Was great the first month ,then steamer broke ,then started leaking ,then in another month stopped all together ,I remember when Morphy Richards was a good make ,can see why this model stopped ,waste of money .Never buy Morphy Richards again .

Good when it works. But it broke twice.

Have tried many different coffee brands and they all seem to taste bitter / burnt.

very good at the start but soon it was out of order... just with normal use ( in 3 months) it works but different way to make the coffee like my old coffee machine..not durable

Espresso side works well - all good but the frother is not good. Leaves large bubbles on top of the milk, not smooth froth and the nozzles get blocked quickly. The metal shaft insdie the plastic frothing cover get hardened milk deposits on unless you remove the plastic cover every time. The side holes in the plastic bit also get blocked with hardened milk deposits.Almost a great machine but sadly let down but the steaming side.

Bought this 17th May 2017 and today 6th August the pressure pump stopped working and won't push the water through the coffee filter.I expected it to last longer than 3 months.Will not be buying another product by Murphy Richards again.

I bought this in April 2016 (just over a year ago) as I liked the look of it and the reviews were good. However I have now had 2 of these machines as the first was replaced. With both of them the milk frother stopped working after 6 months. I have now returned it for a refund, which amazon has been really good at sorting out. I will not buy this product again.

Sorry, this was not a patch on our previous model. Despite checking that the worktop was level, one cup filled more slowly than the other. The coffee was so frothy that it was impossible to see how much had been delivered. The item has been returned and an alternative purchased which is excellent.

Horrible metallic taste after couple of months, think the element burnt

Bought this product having previously owned a Morphy Richards Espresso Coffee maker. This model however was a huge disappointment so much so that it was returned. Coffee had a burnt taste and milk frother was weak. Subsequently bought a De Longhi Dedica Much dearer but well worth the extra money. The De Longhi produces truly excellent coffee and the frother works well.

Bought this used from amazon with the only issue listed as minor cosmetic imperfections. However, it does leak whenever i use it. It's a shame because I feel the coffee it makes is brilliant, its just a pain having to sit it in a tray as so it doesn't leak all over my kitchen, but for £50, not too bad

Drips a lot even when not in use. Coffee is not as creamy as picture displays

After 6 months would just not push the water through, even after descaling numerous times. Pretty rubbish.

Was okay the first few times but been terrible for a long while. Being a barista I know what a good coffee should look and taste like and this isn't giving me that at all. I've given it months and it's just gotten worse and worse

Arrived not working. The bolier keeps cutting out. Morphy Richards customer service number was not availble when I tried to call them.

I got this as a replacement for my burned out Krups machine. Looks nice but the coffee holder is annoying and the clip is flimsy for locking the holder onto the bar. My Krups had a ratchet mechanism which was brilliant and a button to push out the dregs, so I am gutted that they have discontinued it in an effort to push us towards capsules. This machine is just about an acceptable alternative but they could have done so much more to make it a great machine, also, the coffee is not that hot.

Disappointed. Bought 4 different types of coffee and pods aswell but it doesn't matter what type of coffee we use, none of the coffee produced is drinkable. Every coffee tastes like plastic. The 'hot water ready light' doesn't work - it never comes on. Extremely hot water leaks as the coffee is dispensed. Not a good purchase.
