Worth buying if you want something that you end up replacing... Bought 3 years ago and had infrequent usage (once or twice a month) was always thoroughly cleaned after each use, which in itself was painful for a cheap machine, and then when working from home was the way of things from March 20, we ended up using every day, since that has happened the quality of coffee MASSIVELY decreased - think it just became more apparent rather than it was never there before but can't 100% confirm. My honest review is not really worth it unless you are an infrequent coffee drinker.Pros- good for infrequent use- good for cheaper coffee beans- easy to useCons- annoying to clean- Constantly leaks after usage, have to put another cup there to catch it all- water is lukewarm when it comes out- Doesn't grind about 1/3 of the coffee beansOverall rating 4/10
G khanThe coffee taste good, I could see a difference. regarding the grinding, the coffee beans are not ground evenly. They end up quite coarse. not sure if this is normal??Also, a bit cumbersome to clean! apart from that, it looks like a machine with a luxury look.I am glad I bought it half price, I wouldn't spend £100 on it.
Amazon CustomerI love this coffee maker, however, I am on my second machine in two years and the second machine just broke. For people that need and want just a single cup of coffee with no waste, this is a great machine. But it does not last longer than a year and now I need to buy a new machine (not this one).
Molly FluetIt’s a hassle to keep cleaning after each use. Doesn’t store coffee beans, water. Regret buying it. My mistake didn’t read people’s review first,
MayenLots of cleaning after each cup
SkywalkerHorrible. Not recommended. Very noisy
Vallethe quality of the item is poor the grinder is always full of water ,the machine is leaking from the side

Very disappointed with this product. The grinder stopped working while the number of cups of coffee made could still be counted one the fingers of one hand! Returned for a refund, over which, to be fair, there was no quibble.
amedaWhen this works its great! However, the ground coffee gets moist and sticks, failing to fall into the filter, so it has to be cleaned each time you use it. For some reason the grinder cup doesn't always want to come out, so after wrestling with it again this morning its going back!
Beth NorayLooks OK, smaller than other bean to cup machines. It’s not really bean-to-cup in the usual sense because it is just a combined grinder and filter coffee machine and there are better ways of achieving that to be honest. The problem is that with the grinder being next to the filter, what doesn’t get spat into the filter for the water to pour over gets moist and sticks and you have to clean out after every cup which means dismantling it which isn’t difficult at all but a bit of a pain for making more than 1 coffee at a time. It is really, really noisy. The error lights saying that I need to descale came on, on the day it arrived and stayed regardless of how many times I did this. You have to use a jug to fill it with water because it’s impossible to fill it using a mug without slipping water everywhere; note that however much water goes in, comes out, this machine does not store water. If I had kept this machine and not given it away I would’ve bought a coffee pot and put that under it instead of a mug.In essence you’re better off buying a grinder and coffee machine separately or a true bean-to-cup which I have now. Sorry Cuisinart you did not think this through.

Wrote the review (see below) but then it stopped working after a few weeks!!! Maybe that's why it was cheapA great looking appliance that feels durable and is also easy to clean. The coffee tastes great and there are no gritty bits. Perfect for those that drink coffee black and don't want to brew a large amount. You do have to clean it after every cup but its still better buying the pods both financially and environmentally. It's also a bargain price!
DmBIt was leaking from underneath so had to return it. Having said that it did make a great coffee and looked lovely in the kitchen
MontuI don't really like that you have to clean everything everytime you use it and because it's super hot after you make coffee you can't touch the different compartments for a while so if you're in a rush you can't clean it right away.
Sylvain BaugeSmashes the beans rather than grinds them, coffee is hot enough but the machine wouldn't switch off after using it a few times.I had to switch it off at the plug for it to reset.
WeymouthmikeWith the Cuisinart One Cup Grind & Brew each and every cup of deliciously fresh, filtered coffee is made to your exact taste and flavour. Personalize each cup by choosing your favourite beans and adding just the right amount for your preferred strength of coffee. Firstly, the machine grinds the fresh beans to the exact level of coarseness for a perfect, full flavoured result. Using fresh, good quality beans is the foundation to a perfect cup of coffee and grinding the beans immediately before brewing helps to retain the delicate oils and aromas contained inside the beans. Next the hot water passes slowly, without pressure through the precisely ground beans ensuring that every drop of water comes into contact with the coffee grinds. The result is a hot, beautifully rounded, long cup of coffee with real depth of flavour.
