I dislike the fact that the price was halved only a few days after I bought mine. The machine itself is very good as are the coffee products.
Joe WilsonIt will not work. I have wiped off the bar code, but there is not a green light and when I press on the orange like, the red light on the bottom comes on.
JudyWe received this item to replace an older model. After initial cleaning, coffee was made.A couple of weeks later, machine went belly up, i.e. no coffee could be made.Cannot recommend this.Amazon staff very helpful, refund arranged when no solution could be found.
Amazon CustomerDo not buy this coffee machine. I had a boosch tassimo machine but wanted an email so I bought this machine as it was on offer. The first time I used it the nozzle fell off and keeps falling off. It's cheap made and it doesn't hold much water. I wish I hadn't bought it. I'm very disappointed
woolai have had lots of trouble with this model with milk pods, they get stuck inside the machine after not working properly, i have had to force the lid open forcefully and now it has finally broken after having it for a few months, so not happy with this now, will not buy new one again !!!
rosenice looking machine but nothing special tried it with a lot of diffrient coffes but the only ones i like are the latte and you only get eight cups to the pack. Its a bit of a pain if you are serving more than two at the same time,Small water vessel. But i think for the money maybe not so bad
Steven helmkePros: works just fine, easy to use and keep clean. The pods produce drinks that taste quite nice.Cons: pictorial instructions (for some reason provided in 3 different formats / sizes) are a bit of a head-scratcher. Ended up figuring it out by trial and error. The unit is pretty noisy when working and the most disappointing thing about this is that each cycle will only produce enough drink to fill about 1/4 to 1/3 of a regular sized mug.So you can either use 3-4 pods to make one drink ( a pack of 8 costs £5 at my local Sainsburys) or just use the same one 3-4 times to get something approaching a proper-sized drink. I also use milk from the fridge, rather than buy milk pods.In summary, you can get nice drinks from it...if you're willing to wait. Each cycle takes 2-3 minutes, so you can be looking at around 10 minutes to get a full mug. Its also easy enough to use.But for what it does and how long it can take, I would say its not worth it. Either spend more on a larger capacity machine, that doesn't produce doll-house sized drinks, or just do it the traditional way (with a kettle).

I have had 2 Tassimo machines before, first one was excellent until it got too old to use, second one was always spilling milk out all the time so decided to buy another. It is the worst I have ever had, every time you make a cup of coffee it will make that first one fine, then the second or any more after that, it makes a terrible noise then stops.I am just about ready to throw it out, all I want is cup of coffee.I now have 10 coffee pods with no milk pods to go with them.I will never buy another Tassimo machine.

Impossible to access water tank due to design fault, incredibly noisy, second time used it flooded work surface and had to be returned, very disappointed.
jimoneIt was broken upon trying to use and require a replacement
WrightyPurchased this to replace my old one that I've had for years and was left feeling very disappointed,it feels cheap, the water tank is tiny and it sounds like a road drill when it starts up and it's small not big like in the picture. you can only get a small cup under it and not a latte size so no tall frothy from this machine.cant believe Tassimo would make such a rubbish Machine to be honest.

NevGood value for money easy and fast service at canley Coventry did not compare with any competition
CraigAn absolute waste of money!!! No stars at all. I have had this machine for several weeks and have tried various of the available coffee styles. The machine has NEVER given a frothy coffee, not anywhere near. There is no cappuccino, no latte and frankly I may as well boil the kettle and have an instant coffee. And now, to add insult to injury the ****** thing has stopped working. It will let water through when the yellow cleaning disc is in but when I try to make a coffee nothing happens. The only instructions that came with the machine are very poor diagrams on a small folded piece of paper that are virtually impossible to make any sense of. NOT HAPPY AND SOME FEEDBACK FROM BOSCH WOULD BE APPRECIATED.
J DonovanOver all the machine is ok. It was delivered on time in good condition. We tried a few different types of tasimo pods. It's really easy to use and makes a good sized cup of hot coffee. Indicates if it needs to be refilled/cleaned/descaled. That's all great!I've a few problems with it though. The first two are more just comparisons to our similarly priced nespresso machine. The Bosch doesn't hold much water. After two or three cups you have to refill the tank. While our nespresso holds a lot more. The bosch can also only be programmed for 1 volume. While most nespresso machines have at least two volume settings. This is more of a definite issue with this machine, The Bosch has trouble starting often enough. You put the pod in and hit start, but the machine needs to read a barcode on each pod first (I think, there is what looks like a scanner in the machine). If often doesn't detect this code and wont make coffee. This is fixed by opening the machine and wiggling the pod a bit and trying again. Not a huge problem, but irritating enough like.I haven't been keen on the different tasimo coffees. The ones I've tried just aren't to my liking. Also, the pods for making foamed milk make terrible cappuccinos. At least with this machine.I have a problem with the barcodes on the pods as well (DRM for coffee???). They mean only aproved pods can be used with the machine, whereas you can use cheaper pods from anywhere with a nespresso machine. So, if you are set on getting a tasimo type machine, then yeah this is a good value option. But I'd advise another type of coffee maker

great machine but very disappointed with the very small water reservoir. I have to constantly refill it when friends call.
