Splashed out and treated ourselves to this food processor as we have had 2 Kenwood ones in the past and they have both broken. It is quiet to run and so versatile with lots of different accessories with this model. Been very pleased with it.

This thing is a beast but in a good way. The looks, build quality, attachments and performance are absolutely amazing and so glad i invested in this. I decided to make a small batch of fresh tomato sauce but couldnt be bother to peel the skins on the tomatoes. I put them in the midi and it blitzed them to perfection and had NO remains or visible spots of skin anywhere in the sauce - its that good!The attachments that came with my 5200XL premium made it feel like the swiss army knife of food processors. With this mass array of attachments at my disposal i feel like that there is nothing that i couldnt make in the kitchen. Please be super careful with the blade and disc slicer attachments as these are extremely sharp. I test both the small and large blade with paper and it sliced right through - you’ve been warned!The product itself is so well built and designed that it feels as though its something that will be passed down the family as an heirloom.

Only just got this but first impressions are that it is going to be the best kitchen gadget I have ever bought.

So far it has done everything I have asked of it e.g. mixing cakes and pastry, preparing bread dough, slicing vegetables and juicing citrus fruit without a problem. I only hope that the spindle does not become worn like my previous model and affect the working of the dough blade.

I considered other premium brands out there but eventually the choice fell on magimix, a brand I had no experience with prior to this purchase.The machine is fantastic, truly quiet (for a food processor), versatile, easy to use once you've had a go or two. It also doesn't take as much kitchen space as expected, which is great as space is a premium for myself.I initially thought I would be able to use the different sized bowls to my liking, but found that often you have to choose bowl based on what you are attempting to do. For example, some of the attachments only work with the big bowl and some only work with the medium bowl.When using the medium bowl it also sometimes means the big bowl needs washing, so theres some extra work there. It results in many items to clean even when using just the small bowl but the results are great. I let everything except the blades drip dry, the blades get washed and cleaned for optimal care.If you never had a food processor, like myself, there will be a learning curve that's not the machines fault: don't blend your potato mash or guacamole dip too much as it loses its texture and becomes unappetizing. Also ensure your think through your process to minimise clean up (what needs most cutting? It goes in first, then less cutting items afterwards without removing the first batch), it allows you to be even more effective.

Wouldn't be without it. Not the best for making dough but I have a Kenwood for that. Brilliant for salsas, sauces, chopping etc. Attachments are great (juicing, mashing, slicing, chips and spiralizing). Easy to clean between jobs, and bits can be put through dishwasher when done. Worth looking out for special offers on attachments when purchasing.

I’m 70 years old and have always had a magimix food processor, but this model without using it is all about accessories which I will never use ! I’m looking to replace my old and faithful magimix 3200 but not for extras, only for strength.

Complete staff whate you need for kitchen perfect

When you use smalk bowl you need to wash everything, but everything else is very vert good. I Can make everything very easy and fast. I make raw nut butter without any oil very easy. I am very happy with this product

It's a bit of a beast but I've managed to find a place for it on my kitchen side. I'd take a picture except Ive just been 'juicing' so it needs a clean and is in pieces! Next stop is working how to use my spiralizer attachment (bought separately). But the opportunities are endless and it's a genuine joy to use. Plus, as somebody with Arthritis, having a machine like this is a life saver because it enables me to avoid having constant takeaways and/or ready meals. Also to finally get some fresh ingredients in my diet!
