Does exactly what it should

Ordered this after a bit of research to find a product that was good value for money.One month in and I'm not disappointed. The blender works perfectly to blitz soup and homemade pasta sauces. The food processor does its job too mixing everything to a good standard. There are no chunks left behind and the parts are all easy to remove and clean. It helps that the majority can go in the dishwasher.So far, very happy with the product and happy to recommend it too.

I've been on the fence about getting a food processor for at least a year, trying to balance the cost benefit ratio with space concerns (we live in a pretty small flat without much cabinet or counter space) but I'm SO glad that I finally bit the bullet and bought this food processor. It's exactly the right machine to handle moderate-level cooking/food prep. It manages all of the sauces, dressings, and chopping jobs and emulsifies like a dream! I would want something sturdier if I was relying on it more (i.e., if I was a professional or very advanced amateur) but for the everyday cook it's perfect!

The chopper works great. The blender not so much.The blender base (the part with the blades that you can remove for washing), so the blender base unscrews itself from the bowl during operation if there is any resistance -- such as frozen fruit.Three days ago I tried to make a shake with fresh apples+frozen strawberries and I watched in horror as the mixture started pouring out of the bottom of the bowl while the blender was running!Fine, I thought, perhaps frozen strawberries are too hard for this blender (though they were just fine for my old blender). So today I made a shake with bananas and frozen avocado slices which are smaller and much softer and easier to break than strawberries. Result: a mess, again, flowing down the base.It looks like the motor, which should only be turning the blades, is actually turning the whole base unscrewing it from the bowl.Upon inspection, I noticed that one of the plastic bits that should secure the base to the bowl is chipped. I don't know if it came that way, or if it broke during the apple-strawberry shake incident. Either way, I expect better quality from a brand like Bosch.

Used it once, went to use it twice and would not start. Reported it to Amazon they directed me to Bosch CS, 7 weeks later they replaced it and guess what? That didn’t work at all. 4 calls later over 4 weeks I find out the the calls cost me £40 premium rate and still no returns label, they just aren’t bothered !!!!! I originally bought this thinking Bosch was a decent make, I was wrong..... Avoid!!

I think this appliance has all you need. However, when I looked at the information provided with the processor there should have been a third metal blade, although I recently note it isn’t shown in the above advert. I therefore returned my first copy as this blade is useful for chopping certain items. When the new processor came it too had the blade missing. As Amazon is struggling due to demand caused by Coronavirus I have given up trying to find out why it is missing. Therefore I have accepted the product but feel it is incomplete.

An Amazing helper in the kitchen. I use it for everything! Great quality, extremely easy to dismantle and to clean.

Bought for my wife who was very happy when it arrived. She said it was very nice and well made. Her only criticism was that the user instructions are very vague, being mostly in diagrams. But that aside she's still happy to have her new processor.

Received as a gift. Does not work. Does not turn on. Very disappointed. Waste of money.

I found the option for thick slicing produce provided a result far too thin. The range on chopping sizes is poor and one dimensional. You're as well off with a blender/grinder for less money unless all you want to make is extremely thin gratins.

Good tho a little small

Love this little beauty so much that I keep it permanently where I can reach it!

after reading the review of this product in which this sounded like the product i was looking for. Was rather surprised to see so many negative comments on here about not starting. I had the same problem until i realised i did not have the base and unit lined up correctly, a safety feature most processors have. excellent product have used it many times now, home cooked crisps are fantastic, freshly grated cheese actually tastes of cheese! ( make uk grate again?) have chopped onion, herbs etc all worked well and made pastry so much easier.

I've been looking for a processor for a while and after reading various reviews went with this one. Mistake. The design is just bad. The fact you have to fit the blades with onto the mixer or jug you want with brute force is silly. And I still found that if I was using liquids they would seep out, even when the blades are fitted correctly.Finally twice when making smoothies the entire blade came off in the mixer, creating a terrific mess in my kitchen and a loss of expensive ingredients, not to mention it's dangerous.Returned for refund.

I am a beginner in cooking. This food processor met my expectations of low price and that of great features.

Lots of different functions. Robust.

Don’t bother. Wouldn’t even turn on. Read other reviews which said the same but I thought it might be that perhaps it wasn’t lined up properly but no it was completely dead! Bought Kenwood instead with no problems.
