JamesLooks stylish. Goes well with my Russell Hobbs chrome toaster. Comfortable handle and lid pops up energetically. Pretty quiet when boiling. Being metal the kettle stays hotter for longer after it's been boiled. It's heavier than my previous plastic kettle but not too bad. Would reccommend seems a quality product.. Nothing so far, only had for a few weeks.

The worst and most annoying thing which could be a feature of any kettle is for it not to sit flat on the worktop. This thing has a horrible wobble to it when you place it on its cradle.
WHY?!? That is just so annoying. Feels cheap, unsafe and most unsatisfying to use.

DavidI bought this kettle on 9th April 2017 and it is now 2nd August, 4 months later. The kettle lid does not stay down so when the kettle boils the steam pushes the lid up. It means that I have to wait each time for the kettle to boil and risk being scolded by steam. Not a very good product and I would definitely not buy it again.

Ana CostaI bought this in December for my new house that I moved into in February and having used it for just under three months it has broken already! The lid catch has stopped working so it no longer shuts.I'm so disappointed and won't be using Russel and Hobbs again.

KenKettle has stickers on it that take about 30 mins to remove all the glue and even then you can still see where the stickers have been. Kettle seems well made with a large capacity.
Amazon CustomerThis kettle is easy to fill and boils quickly. The glass panel on the side of the kettle allows the level to be checked. It's a bit noisy when boiling but no worse than many other kettles.
JRKettle arrived on time I unpacked it the only thing wrong was it had a sticky label on the outside of the kettle . this did not come off easily and when I did manage to get it off it left a sticky residue behind. This had to be cleaned off with meths.
