The steam was a problem since the beggining and the buttom did not fix in place either, after couple of months the milk steamer stop working, after a few more weeks the hole machine stops working. Shit quality, NOT RECOMENDED.

This is my 3rd (same) machine.It works fine for a year or max. A year and half.It will be broken someway... always. Its cheap what is good. I use it with filtered water, so no limescale.

Not a bad little machine for the money.The esspresso isn't the best but it makes a decent cup of coffee.Main issue was the switch broke off in under a month.I'm going to return it and buy a more expensive one.This doesn't give off much creama.

Glass cup broke for the first time use.It's very difficult to use...You need stay and wait untill coffee come out...and swith off....for milk...need long time for make warm...Never i make so long time coffee...I do not recommend.

While it was working it was OK. Unfortunately it only worked for about 6 months and then stopped. The sellers were not interested in replacing it or refunding my money. So, if you want a coffee machine that will only last about 6 months, go ahead and get one. Otherwise, buy something else!!

Quite simple to use, but that's all there is to it. The milk frothing jug got rust behind the band and eventually broke while frothing, the container for the coffee came apart not long ago. Does the job and easy to use, but if you're looking for something long-term, this is not it.

Very good for the price, only down side is the water needs refilling after every use, the stop knob doesnt really work there is a very limited window between the stop and pause that actually makes it stop, I have to turn the machine off at the plug to make sure it's not going to produce stream through the coffe or steamer end for safty when finished.

used everyday but only once per , worked great kept it clean and after six months the frother has completely stopped working it was only 35 quid but it should last more than six months .. i contacted seller but as of yet no reply

Poor quality, I understand you pay for what you get, unable to create any crema on the coffee, milk wand under powered and took a long time to work. Have requested a refund but still not been sent through, has been over 6 weeks now.

Awful, steam escapes through the top! Do not buy!

The coffee machine has finally stopped working after14 months, having given some service and also some problems. We did not descale the machine until recently which proved too late to save it. Maybe regular descaling would have made it last longer.

Not happy at all! The first time I used it , water was coming out through the steamer part ! I thought it would go away but it didn’t ! Then the lid wouldn’t close properly so basically all the steam was coming out that way! The the coffee but stopped working properly ! So I’ve got a few months use out of it , but would definitely not recommend it! When I sent the seller an email, they have done nothing about it !

Works well enough, but-Tank holds no more than one cup (unless you like egg-cups!)Water not hot enough on exit. If you add a little cold milk to your drink it is usually colder than is preferable.

Each time I use this it trips the switch on my fuse board. It's definitely faulty.

I had nothing but praise for this machine initially; made a lovely cup of coffee, was simple to use and looked like it was going to replace my too-frequent visits to Costa. Then, three weeks in, the seal in the lid stopped working, so it couldn’t steam and started leaking all over the counter. Returned and plan to stick to Costa when the serious latte cravings kick in.

This product broke after 3 uses...the frother stopped working completely and the jet that delivers the coffee is now spraying all oer the place....I have tried to contact the seller to no avail, i wish to return the item but it seems I'am unable to do so. DOnt waste your money on this product however resonable the price may seem!!!!! I would give 0 stars if possible...poor customer service.

Poor quality and tast. The machine is designed in a way that caused me to be concerned about the safety of my family. I was worried about getting injured or potentially family members getting injured because of parts of the machine leaking hot steam or overheating due to poor design.

The coffee maker worked just 1week. Very disappointing.
