valerie spencerThis is the second Tassimo, the first went pop. In all fairness it was the most used of any of the kitchen products. As an important part of daily life we chose the larger water reservoir allowing four cups. It is easy to use, easy to clean and produces a great cuppa coffee. Haven’t really got anything negative to write, the Tassimo remains the most used product, friends always ask for coffee, even the Gas Repair man commented how good the coffee was!
A. BrownThe design of this Tasimo makes it easy to see the water level and to fill it up, not sure about the storage for pods, it does make the machine a lot bigger, so difficult to fit in a small kitchen.
IanBought this last August (2018). Had some minor problems with it. Now we cannot open the brewing unit lid! This also happened last night but did open after about 20 mins. Will not open today after about 2 hours. Contacted Tassimo support who blamed the pods or clean the nozzle! How? I can't open the lid! Nozzle was replaced after the first incident. Very poor response from their technical support. Don't recommend Tassimo any more.UPDATE!!!!????After eventually getting this thing to work and producing acceptable coffee it's started leaking (quite copiously) from inside. Have totally given up with this product. Still just within the guarantee period but It's in the bin!!! Take my advice steer clear of it. Totally unfit for purpose. I'd give it no stars but can't as software won't allow it.

ChrisI really like this machine. But it stopped working after 2 weeks. Instructions not very clear. Luckily I paid for extra cover. But if considering getting this machine get insurance. Googling problems gives you more advice with problems than book, like stops working not blinking, cleaning, coffee tabs have code if glass not clean inside doesn’t work etc.
JBLike how it scans bar code on coffee pod so it knows how much coffee to put in...Better than dolci gucho..Variety of coffee pods...

Graham edwardsI bought one of these Tassimo Caddy drink machines admittedly from Tassimo themselves not Amazon in November 2017 which I found to make great coffee and chocolate, unfortunately after only having the machine for 3 months it developed a water leak. After contacting Tassimo and sending it back they replaced it with a new one. This unit again failed after 3 months again water leak, again contacted Tassimo, sent it back and they replaced it. Now 3 months later you`ve guessed it water leak again contacted Tassimo and sent it back. Just got an email stating "faulty part due to over use replace as goodwill" We make on average 4 drinks per day so to wear out after 3 months means this unit is not fit for purpose. Avoid at all costs unless you ae only going to use it on your Birthday and Christmas day then it may be ok. Waiting to see what happens as I have asked for a refund as the machine leaked 3 times in less then I year.

Lee TemplemanVery happy when I first got it. Have problems opening the pod holder. Causes trouble if more coffee is required. Contacted Bosch who have sent me a post label to get fixed.
