Firstly, when we received the product it appeared to be refurbished and not completey new. The packaging was opened and clearly taped over many times, and the product arrived from Germany and not China. Additionally, the seal of the inner box was also open and when we first tried to connect it to our home wifi it was already connected to a different wifi indicating it had been used by someone else. When the seller was confronted about this they claimed that their clerk in Germany needed to try the product to make sure that it works but this seems very suspicious as why would a brand new product from the manufacturer not work? Highly suspicious...
Although the vacuum works well (and we eventually managed to get it connected to our home wifi), there are quite a few bugs which are either an issue with the model or with our specific vacuum. Firstly, every other day the map gets randomly erased from the app and then the vacuum needs to map our entire house again from scratch. This happens with almost every cleaning and therefore makes the map and "zone" cleaning function quite useless. Secondly, the vacuum starts to return to the dock when it is at 20% battery saying that "battery is low" and most times, this is when the map gets erased and then it cannot find it's way back to the dock. The cleaning power and suction itself is powerful and very helpful with pet hair but the above mentioned issues means it constantly needs to be monitored and cannot just "roam free" in the house.
