I really love this product. We both don't like mopping so this has been a very good choice for us. It really uses a little amount of water. I spray the floors before hand let this little guy do the rest. The only con I do complain is that it doesn't have a docking station. Which would make it much better.Good value for money
Capitan WinnieThis is really a lifesaver, cleans very well especially if used every day, the only nite is that I hit an additional battery as it only lasts enough for 3 rooms so I have to recharge it to be able to do the bedrooms and kitchen/lounge, but this is an amazing product
Silvia M.Used for around 4-6 months. Then it stops moving, the app says the battery it hot when it’s not. There seems to be an issue with the wheels.
Rob StevensThis does mop very well and I was impressed with its cleaning properties. The problem with this manufacturer is that as other reviews have said, it seems to struggle with awkward shaped kitchens. This is not as intuitive as a vacuum and will chaotically mop and then stop and report a problem. You are therefore forever having to re-start the machine.Another issue is that the instructions appear to have been translated poorly and depending on how your brain works and how you read instructions you will experience issues with the 'invisible wall' feature. This is meant to stop the machine from going over an invisible line that the unit allegedly adopts. How you set that line up is open to about 4 interpretations. The item was sent back as it didn't function correctly and was actually annoying in the end for the money. It kept wondering off to mop my carpets and had to go.
DJMINKYThe mop was great. Lots of options. Our only problem is that we have a flagstone floor with bumps and ridges it could not cope with. Nothing wrong with the mop at all.
Amazon CustomerExcellent item. Does as described and cleans my tiled floor as good as I do. Covers a large area before re-charging. I also bought re-usable pads and a spare battery for ease.
timothy d baughanThis is ideal for me cause I can’t mop my floor. I’m glad I bought it! They should supply reusable pads for the amount you’re paying though.
RuGood: It's a little tricky to use at first but we've found out if we put it in any far corner of a room, the Irobot mop works well.It uses small amounts of water and mops everywhere effectively.Bad:1)the sponge pads included are rubbish. Poorly made and started to break apart on the 3rd mop. I went on Amazon and purchased microfibre pads 10pk for £12. These are excellent.2) the battery is rubbish. We have a small downstairs and the battery needs to be charged, mid-mop, after 40mins. So this needs to be charged (2hrs). It can take take 3-4hrs just to mop the living room, hallway and kitchen.3) the app is rubbish. Why it's even considered an options just bizarre. Pointless.
PGTI was happy with this appliance for a quick cleaning. However, after 6 month I started to have issue with charging the battery and now it completely stopped working. Sadly, the amazon warranty is not 2 years as under EU standards.
Martina S.This is not for big rooms, for larger rooms you may want to invest in a second battery.Battery lasts for about 1 hour. It's small and cleans very slowly. It is however very effective.
ArunabhaThe device stops every few minutes or even seconds. It has to be watched and restarted many times before it completes one room, which it doesn't do thoroughly. The security seal was broken and a new one had been stuck on top of it, so it looks like it was a returned item.
m.o.This is a good entry level robot mop.- Let’s be clear. It’s a small device which sprays water, and pushes a micro fibre cloth around, mimicking the three way action of a human mopping. If you want a good clean, you will need to spray some cleaning product on the floor before you set it off. But you can get good results using just water. - This braava jet is much smaller than the roomba: it can get into all sorts of confined areas where you might struggle to reach with an ordinary human powered mop. You can use it in the smallest en suite or in quite large areas.- If you use it on a large area, for best results you can split the task in two, using the ‘virtual wall’ mode. - It DOES work with the iRobot app, if only at a very basic level. You can get access to help information, and a handy ‘spot clean’ function which I don’t think is accessible from the robot alone.- It is worth investing in iRobot washable pads. They are more thorough in action.- Tip: to start with I couldn’t get the water to go in. It should take about 150ml. If that happens to you, tip the device up, as shown in the instructions, and touch the filter with your finger to get the flow going. To sum up: the device is much more fun than mopping the floor yourself, saves you some time, and takes no effort. What’s not to like.
quantum ZIs it as good as a vigorous mop done by hand? No.Is it good enough for a quick once over? Yes.Is it good at sweeping? It's OK.Is it easy to use? Yes
Kindle CustomerTested it out was not happy with it sent it back within 28 days and was refused a refund! And to return this item I paid £26. Which I didn’t get back! This robot mop is no bigger than square box of tissues! It takes ages for this to clean floors! Disappointed
Ruby KullarIt is to be remembered that the robomop is not for heavy duty cleaning. However, as I do, provided you do a deep steam clean during the week the robomop is excellent for cleaning the kitchen floor in between. My kitchen is 16ft x 10ft. Quite pleased I bought it.
AJDoes a job I don't like doing!
PSMIt’s good and love the idea of it but it hard to fill the tank with water and battery only lasts long enough for cleaning my kitchen floor (which granted is quite big). Does a basic wipe of the floor
Miss Natalie LathamWorks great. Had to buy a second battery and more pads in order to clean a number of rooms.
LongingI am so happy with my Braava. It's better than I expected. The device is pretty small, but it does the job while you can do something else
ZweiteliebeMy wife loves this. Our dog and cat aren’t so enamoured. It cleans our tiled floor really well and provides entertainment at the same time making hooting sounds. We bought it when it was on offer. I think full price is a bit high.
