We live on a Dutch barge. And this machine does very well. Every morning out he comes.Very impressed

I’m on my 4th Neato and wouldn’t be without one now. They last around 3 or 4 years. We have 1 upstairs and 1 downstairs. We have 2 cats and an African Grey parrot. Our “Robbie the robots” come out every day to do their thing and do a fantastic job. They don’t stop the need to do a proper vacuum every week but saves so much time during the week. No cat litter on our hard floors, and no birdseed or feathers to tread on. They don’t get caught up anywhere with the no-go lines to prevent them going anywhere you don’t want them to. We are always amazed how much dust they pick up, when emptying them every week. No more dust and dirt under your bed, and I have sneezed far less in the mornings with my allergies.

I use this on wooden floors, tiled floors and thick carpet. It took a bit of getting used to as my first robotic hoover but i couldnt live with out it. I use this to keep on top of getting up pet hair from my lab and retriever. Easy to use app and easy to set up and move between upstairs and downstairs

That's amazing purchase. Super easy to maintain. Navigation is really great. Container size is huge.I'm really satisfied with purchase.

Fantastic, after being disappointed by the leading cordless vac animal, with twice as much, should read less, suction.m, that turned out to be a glorified DustBuster that cant even suck up a tiny leaf or large crumbs, my Neato hit the spot. It’s amazing, serious cleaning from such a tiny device, it is strong enough to bump my chair and almost move it with me in it. And every time the little dirt bucket is full, so it must be doing a great job. I wouldn’t go back to a manual vac, and I still have my handheld animal for the corners and skirting boards to suck up the dust. I would highly recommended a Neato.

I use this vacum mostly in the downstairs of our property. We have two large active dogs and I was vacuuming through every morning for about an hour just to clear dog hairs. Now I use my robot to clean rooms we're no longer using in the evening and then to finish off in the morning. Freeing up my time.

First one lasted a month before I had to return it. Second one lasted 48 hours after unboxing before it stopped working. I asked for a refund and got it. Manufacturer wasn’t interested once I said i’d bought from Amazon. These Neatos are the last word n unreliability. I’m looking for something better now even if it costs four times the price.

Second neato after first one got crushed by a falling ceiling (don't ask) 1st lasted around 4 years and would have probually lasted longer.. This one is good like the fact I can start it via the app from anywhere in the world

Did not live up to expectations

I did a lot of research before choosing this robot vac. I chose it because it is app controlled and has mapping capabilities, including the facility to create no go areas. No others in its price bracket offer all those features. It also has a wider roller than most, with rubber blades. It does a good job, picking up much more dirt than I had expected.

It’s a well built machine the only issue is the software let’s it down . Every time I put the mapping into app and then marked out red lines so it would avoid the areas would work once or twice at best but after that just did not work so you would have to try the whole process again and again . Then it would never go back to the base . I contacted support but they told me to reset then to try in different rooms but still the same issue . Plus when it cleans it does miss spots as well . I tried this machine for 2 weeks but still found I had to go around and use a hoover to finish off it’s a nice idea but just still needs a lot of work and will be returning mine

The room map on the app is lasting for less than a week at a time, has to be mapped again with the no go lines added again, real pain

Excellent bit of kit. Amazing technology. Had my doubts but I was soon proved wrong . Buy one!

Genuinely useful. The room scanning works amazingly well, and contrary to other reviews you can now add virtual no go areas.

Fairly happy with the vacuum, very unhappy with the pop up from the app with three options to review - "sure" "Not Now" and "No thanks". Only the sure worked after repeated selection of either no thanks or not now.Dear Neato, Don't force people to the review site. You may not like the review!Here 18 months later, had many issues with vacuum and now it's conked out cyclic rebooting. Of course it's out of warranty! Their support site can only recommend paying for a repair. To be honest, I don't think I'll bother. I feel it would be good money wasted after bad. £300 quid for 18 months of grief.You choose.......

Great little helper gets going with the cleaning while I'm at work......keeping me up dated as it goes......love it.

Good quality product purchased via Amazon Warehouse. Able to cope with hard floors, thin and thick rugs. Navigates around objects very well including my dog. Able to do my layout in one pass and returns to its docking station.
