80% of the water ends in your mug and the other 20% on the floor. How can someone make a kettle that cannot safely pour water? On the plus side, it doesn't break. On the downside, it doesn't break! I hate this kettle.

We've had 2 of them in the office canteen for the last 10 months and I agree - they are useless. They pour boiling water down on the floor or your feet while you are filling up a cup. We need a cloth on th floor and everything else is wet all the time. It's also an extra hazard in summer if you want to wear summer shoes. Please don't buy this kettle - it's priced like it's something but it's just cheap rubbish!!!

How can someone design and sell a kettle that doesn't pour water efficiently and safely? If you pour anything more than a feeble trickle this kettle dribbles boiling water over the floor, probably because the lip isn't deep or prominent enough. I would have liked to have given it no stars, but that's not possible. Luckily I didn't buy it: the purchasing manager for the office did.
