Only lasts a year and no Support
Reviewed on Amazon.co.uk

The machine started fine and then decided it was going to keep stopping every few minutes. Finally dying 28 days after the end of the 1 year warranty. Informed the company what the problem was under their lifetime support guarantee and their response was to inform me that unfortunately they stick strictly to their 1 year guarantee and offered me a 15% discount, a subsequent response again stated their 1 year strict warranty and offered a 15% discount and then a 10% discount in the same paragraph on another machine. They offered absolutely no support and no suggestion as to how i could get the machine working. It also begs the question as to why they would think i would buy another one of their products which i would have to replace every year. Looking at other complaints there appears to be a trend of machines only lasting a year before completely packing up (probably why they only give a 1 year guarantee). The company obviously has no confidence in their own products as they would have tried harder to fix the problem, replace the product or give me some reasonable compensation.I have paid £200.00 pounds for a machine that was never going to last more than a year and for which there is no support service.

Broke after 15 months, warranty lasts for 12
Reviewed on Amazon.co.uk

Worked absolutely brilliantly for 15 months until one day it started turning in round in circles. Not great unless you want to pay £200 every 15 months.

Contacted Eufy support explaining that one wheel seems 'stiff' compared to the other (hence turning in circles), asked for instructions on cleaning the wheels. Eufy support were very helpful, explaining that cleaning inside the wheels is very involved and they don't recommend it, and they can only replace the unit of under warranty.

After I opened up the vacuum and isolated the problem to the motor driving the wheel, Eufy were also unable to provide a replacement part.

Vacuum is now useless. Otherwise fantastic until it broke.

The item failed in month 13th

This vacuum robot was fine all the times I used and had done a great job. However, when I changed a pair of side brushes last week, it no longer able to function well and beep twice all the times. After followed the steps of problem shooting recommended by other seller and the seller, the vacuum robot can only work less than 10 minutes normally then beep twice again, then I have to use the remote control to get it work again for another few minutes. When reported it to the seller support team, as I bought my vacuum robot in July 2017, so I won't entitle to a new replacement, so the machine just fail right after 12 months. So, what's is the point paying £200 for a machine that will fail after 12 months and no solution to the occurred issue. No justice at all for the consumers!!! Avoid

If the robot cleaner stops working, fix it yourself!!!
Reviewed on Amazon.co.uk

The robot cleaner actually is very good! I have it clean every room in our house and it hardly gets caught. The thing I like most is I can just leave it on when I'm not in the house. And it just cleans the floor itself. Very efficient! But after a few weeks, it stopped working. It's fully charged, but when I pressed to start, it keeps stopping after a few minutes. Now here is my frustration! Customer service! When I tried to contact customer service, a person called Peter called me back, saying I just need to fix it myself. I should disassemble the battery, and put it back in! I find it rather amusing I have to say. I guess next time when some customer called because his/her robot cleaner has the same problem, I can answer it for Amozon; fix it yourself!

... wife's 2nd trimester of pregnancy - it has been brilliant for us
Reviewed on Amazon.co.uk

We bought this at the start of my wife's 2nd trimester of pregnancy - it has been brilliant for us.The way we use it is by clearing the floor of the room and shutting the door, I haven't bothered to set the timer or use the remote because in reality, you need to clear your room of obstacles before letting this thing go.The good:far less tiring than manualrelatively quiettoddler isn't as scared of this compared to our upright vacuumgets under sofa, bed, other areas which were previously only occasionally cleanedcleans well enough that we haven't used the upright since buying this.easy to emptyThe bad:as you don't spot clean there is occasional fluff left on carpet.wires are a particular hazardyou're never quite sure what has been covered although rooms tend to feel clean. After 3 months of using I would recommend.

Delivers what I was hoping for!
Reviewed on Amazon.co.uk

I bought this because I was thinking about getting a cordless vac and was looking at various different products, when I saw that robot vacuums were a thing, something I had never considered before. It sounded a bit too good to be true. I looked at loads and loads of product reviews, and based on those, the Eufy looked like the best mid- range option. Some of the expensive ones seem ridiculously overpriced, and I thought that the cheapest might not very powerful (well that was my reasoning). But I was quite dubious, and worried it might turn out to be an expensive gimmick - would it actually pick up a sensible amount of dirt, clean the edges and corners and really cover the ground without me having to rescue it every ten seconds? First of all I set it off in the hall (oak floor) and kitchen breakfast room (ceramic tiles). It didn't fall down the steps in the hall, the little rotating brushes do seem to get into the corners pretty well and its just highly persistent, tootling about over and over and slowly covering the whole area and it didn't get stuck once, even under the kitchen table with all the chairs. We have some of those stopper things to stop the glass doors banging on the skirting and it negotiated those really cleverly just going round and returning to the skirting on the other side. It's compelling at first, watching it to try and work out how it makes decisions, but the novelty soon wears off and you just leave it to its own devices and I realised this is when it comes into its own. Yes, I could hoover it much more quickly myself, but I often don't get round to it because its such a pain getting my old heavy upright out, and so I fear I am not the kind of person who hoovers every day (it's more like its gets done when its looking awful - probably once, at most twice a week - terrible I know, but there you go!) and the whole point is this little machine just gets on with it when I'm doing something else, which it certainly does pretty thoroughly, so I can see that the hoovering will get done

*Edited...... I thought my carpets were clean until this came to our house!!!
Reviewed on Amazon.co.uk

*EDITED as a year on and 2 replaced units later this is a waste of money.
To begin with as my review shown below the vac was brilliant, but very soon it started bumping into things and flashing up faults, I contact Eufy who did replace the unit. A few months later the same thing has happened but Tyndrum will not replace as its days out of the "original" units warranty. Not 12 months from the replacement. An absolute waste of my money and I would never order from this company again!!!!!

My eufy does the job i hate.. t digs up a lot of dirt. it gets into places i wouldnt be able to behind the sofa, under the sofa etc.My mum who was quite critical has adopted my eufy as her own (yes I bought her a hoover for christmas but she did actually ask for it) so I bought a second one.. its been really helpful for her as she cant hoover following surgery and this does a decent daily clean. Its amazing how much dirt it picks up. I did have a small problem with the eufy spinning but customer services were beyond helpful.. and chased me down to make sure my problem was resolved.Eufy is a bit nuts he goes in random directions with varying amount of force, he pulls down standing lights if wires are floating around. so if you have a messy house hes not going to like it. which is good because it encourages you to keep the floor surface empty so he can clean. Eufy timers pretty good. he sometimes finds it hard to make his way back as he relies on IR to find his way back which means if hes in a different room its luck if he makes it. ... but then for the price you know I have no regrets. If you spend more I'm sure you can get a cleverer robot which can get back to his home and not get stuck on different levels but for the price you wont get anything near as good till a eufy 12 comes out :)

Basic design but well worth the money
Reviewed on Amazon.co.uk

I bought this for a small single-level home with wood floors and carpets with short pile. The machine does an excellent job of making things *cleaner* but not spotless. It seems to use a mixture of random movement plus some fixed rules (e.g. following walls). It does get stuck occasionally on electrical cords and shoe laces. Also, it tends to get wedged underneath some items of furniture (the wheels are on springs, which tilt the machine slightly forward but which do not provide enough traction when the machine tries to reverse). Finally, the only place I have available for the dock is behind a door, and the machine struggles to find the dock unless I put it in the room (the arrangement is not what the manufacture advises but it is the best I can do). It might sound like I am being negative about the machine, but I am not. I send it off while I get my morning shower and usually the machine covers most of the place before getting stuck. It takes a second to free it and return it to its base. Very liberating for the price - life is too short to spend it doing housework. As long as you understand the limitations of the design of the machine, you'll be glad you bought it. If you want a machine with sophisticated AI, then you'll pay much more for it. FWIW the remote control works fine, although the 2 AAA batteries are not supplied. also the brushes etc. do not seem very robust - they degrade quickly :(.

Works very well, but can't find it's way back to the charging base.
Reviewed on Amazon.co.uk

Was tempted to give it 3 stars, but the comparatively cheap price pushed it up to 4. Generally, this works very well, the house has never looked cleaner, and I'm pretty happy with it. When I compare it to the Robovac XD which was a similar price, the Eufy is 1000 times better in every way.

Negative points:
There are a few problems with it though. Firstly, it can't to find the charging base unless it's very near to it, and it doesn't seem to know when it's cleaned enough to return to it's base. The one time I left it running and went out, I came back to find it stationary in the middle of the kitchen, low on power. So now I just let it clean for 10 or 20 mins in the morning before I leave and then drive it back to it's base with the remote.

The second negative point which isn't as bad is that if it's charging, you can't tell if it's been switched off from the side switch. The status light continues to operate in the normal way, and if you press start it tries to move, then instantly fails. This lead me to think the battery was faulty when I first received it, until I realised it was switched off.

All in all I'm happy with it for the price, and it would have been 5 stars had it not been for a couple things.

The 3-Point cleaning system of counter-rotating side brushes plus a 14.5 cm rolling brush, combined with strong 1000Pa suction, effectively loosens, extracts, and vacuums dirt to give a superior clean. A soft bumper—packed with a full-suite of anti-collision infrared sensors—helps RoboVac avoid bumping into obstacles and getting trapped, so it can clean non-stop without help from you. Just turn RoboVac on and the low-profile design enables it to eliminate dirt from under beds, sofas, and hard to reach areas with zero effort. With a 50% noise reduction compared to competitors, and 75% more quiet than a traditional vacuum, you can hold a great conversation as RoboVac is vacuuming. You really can have your cake and eat it too. RoboVac navigates its way back to the charging base when power is low to ensure it’s always ready to clean.
