Very unreliable machine. 1 time out of 3 it cannot even pierce the capsule making it go to waste. We have 2 in the office, they both have the same faults.

We have two of these in the kitchen area of the company I'm working for. Unfortunately they are quite unreliable. On an average day, you should expect at least one of the two unit to be down once or twice for various reasons (stuck capsule for example but is not the only issue).
Given the price, that is not properly cheap, I would suggest to look for a better option.
