incomprehensible descaling mode; you will spend hours scrolling through the instruction manual in a vain effort to attribute meaning to the flashes of the maintenance lights on the machine.Avoid avoid avoid. I'm back using a French press, and my blood pressure thanks me.

I've had this machine for about a year. While the day-to-day operations are fine and I enjoy the ability to customize the size of each coffee setting, the maintenance process is fault intolerant and can make the machine unusable.Recently I received the "descaling needed" alert. I followed the instruction video to the letter, but my machine simply would not enter the "descaling mode" as indicated. As a result, even when I ran the expensive Nespresso brand descaling solution through my machine, the message never went away and will stop me from brewing coffee about every other day.The phone support said a firmware reset would reset the alert setting (i guess it's just a timer and not an actual check of whether you machine needs descaling). You can only do a firmware reset from your connected phone and this did not work AT ALL over multiple attempts.Finally, you can only pair with phone and if you happen to upgrade and get rid of you're old phone before you've disconnected your Nespresso Machine, you're screwed.For a luxury device that costs this much, I expect it not to have such blatant issues.

Coffee and milk machine. Not at all impressed. Certainly would not recommend it.Been back 3 times to repair and they replaced it once but still having annoying problems.

1sts one leaked and amazon replaced. 2ed one broke after 8 months and Nespresso can seem to organise a temporary replacement once while the existing one is repaired. They use DPD which will only delivery in the morning and even paying for a Sunday delivery found out this morning that it’s cancelled. Nespresso customer service is not able to provide a better courier service. My advice is don’t buy this machine

The machine leaks, lets coffee grounds into the brew and the sensors falsely report that the machine is out of water. A very disappointing product.

By far the best Nespresso machine I’ve had . Good variety or espresso, lungo , Americano. Communication with smart phone has been great too .

This machine has been a problem from the word go. It has repeatedly crushed the capsules or failed to puncture them and make coffee.When it does the coffee is very weak by comparison to our other nespresso machine.I have emailed the company but they have yet to reply.I will be returning it to Amazon when I am back from hols.

Long term Nespresso user. Hoped this was an upgrade but it was slow, fiddly and it leaked a large amount of water/coffee into the tray with each capsule - ended up going through a couple of pods to get a normal cup.Returned for the above reasons and would not recommend it.

I have had many machines from man to semi and fully auto machines and I have gone back to this one heats up quick drop milk in milk container press button put capsule in I always like it hot so always on 3 bars dispensers quickly no noise very quiet in operation has Bluetooth so you can set counter say for instance you buy 100 capsules set amount you can then tell the machine which can be set lowest amount which I have set to 20 capsules the light on the machine will light up notify when to put another order in Bluetooth you can set to amount of coffee you require 4 different setting also can set amount of ml for hot water also Americano setting you could have 40 ml then maybe 60 ml of hot water added the milk container does ice cold milk I use it for milkshakes or intended for ice coffees which will get milk extra cold press and hold button on milk container until it lights up blue I would highly recommend love mine

A fantastic machine let down by those selling and making them ? It leaks everywhere ! And not a single recall of a clearly defective machine ! What do i think is the problem, hot water (americano, tea) is supplied via a 2nd tube/spout, choose either of above and it leaks (did'nt at 1st) ? Also worth noting, the auto pod eject system seems to eject too early filling the small pod/water holder very quickly indeed ! I have kept my machine as i like it in the hope that a fix is found, but am not holding my breath ! Nespresso really need to acknowledge this fault and fix it or remove the machine from sale just as much as Amazon need to review this as a faulty/defectively made item that needs addressing. My respect for Nespresso's quality control is now being questioned ! What else are they overlooking ? Fix this problem, send those who have bought in good faith the fix, let us enjoy this machine to the full.

Love the coffee it makes, first capsule machine , always resisted the urge to go pods but i dont know what i was thinking , there so much more cleaner, quicker , and it makes one hell of a coffee!!!

This nesspresso is very flawed and badly designed regarding real world use and is quite frankly way over priced and absolutely not value for money.However it looks great and had potential.Its a shame and very annoying my model i feel was a customer return and put back into service without declaring its past as it was missing the free coffe pods and the lid of the water tank was missing, fortunately by a miracle an old round Tupperware lid we had fitted snugly on the water tank, this was not the only problem aslater we found the coffee maker has a faulty bluetooth system and it refuses to connect to any device from apple or android and we tried 6 devices on the nesspresso app with the connection error fault despite having both bluetooth on visible and even location services on.Using the coffee maker was simple to manually set up for the cup sizes and amount of coffee etc so we had no trouble with the manual use of the machines settings, and the temp of the coffee is impressively hot compared to other machines we have used over the years.However the pods (genuine) get stuck and dont drop through every time, the collection or capture tank fills with water very fast and the machine regularly crushes the pod or fails to puncture the pod which means multiple unused pods which is annoyingly expensive per pod to lose, funny enough the cheap aldi compataple pods worked better in the machine than the genuine nesspresso pods.If you forget and use a small cup the machine refuses to stop pouring the water for some time,When i was cleaning the machine i noticed 2 holes on the back of the machine which appear to be missing screws so quality control is very poor.I was disgusted with the high price, poor quality control with the missing screws missing lid and missing pods, the faulty bluetooth i can live with as this is a feature i will not miss anyway, the app reports error code 1303, i will not be calling for support over error 1303 as this will likely save me money by not ordering over the net for the more expensive pods when

Such a disappointment.Bought it thinking that our old one had scaled and slowed down, was slow to start, and we could do better. This is not faster in any way. You can program things - then it just randomly forgets those settings. It randomly flashes lights with problems, and sometimes just refuses to do anything for a day or so. I have spoken to customer services who helped me with one problem and brushed off everything else.I think the worst thing in all of this was paying so much more than a basic machine. So disappointed.
