Excellent product and a nice size too!
Elaine BunnGood product apart from the fact that the water container leaks. You have to make sure you manually plug the bottom when filling it up, otherwise it goes everywhere. Also 20% capsules won't pierce properly so quite high wastage.
D J R DuntonYou get what you pay for - it does the job but is cheap looking.

RA CaryI did like the look of the unit, the ease of set up and operation - and the fact it comes with a set of pods included.Although I knew the water tank and mechanism would be small, I expected the same taste as familiar CitiZ & Inissia units. However after doing all the required run-in tests and using it for a couple of days, I found I was simply not getting the right taste or temperature. The drink was pretty much tepid on pouring and so weak, with the appearance of a bubbly half-water/half-coffee output. It may have been a defective unit (it has now been sent back), but it was hard to tell whether this unit should be expected to produce the same quality as the aforementioned models. I had really expected the smaller size and storage capacity for spent capsules to be the only difference. It didn't seem like a 19 bar machine at all.

Bought this for my wife as a Xmas present as she had been looking to get a Nespresso machine for a while now. Took it out of the box, filled it with water and pressed the Lungo button to start a flush of the system. Upon pressing the Lungo button, it remained down. I assumed it would pop back up again when it had finished, but alas it never popped back up as it was simply broken. So I was stuck with permanent Lungos whether I wanted them or not.I would have assumed something carrying the Nespresso brand name would be of good build quality. Especially when sold for the better part of a hundred quid. I assumed wrong. Overpriced junk.

One of the buttons tends to stick down occasionally and after switching on to warm up it sometimes starts up without touching anything. The first time it did this there was no coffee pod in and it just shot the hot water into the spill tray!!
Carl FordThis coffee machine was great at first, but after only 8 months of light to moderate use (2 cups per day) it is now dead and leaks water everywhere if we try to use it.Not recommended, as a product like this should last for years. No Amazon return option either, which is disappointing.

design. not handy, delayed process and spare parts too loose
ElizabethThis doesn't take up much space, and is simple to use. It only makes a small quantity of coffee.
