Looks bulky, great features

This is an appalling kettle. The lid has a mind of its own. It opens just when you are about to give up pressing the catch and then maybe not. We now fill the darn thing through the spout. But. Most of all. Even after mulitple boilings my tea still tastes of PLASTIC. We cannot get rid of the taste, goodness knows what chemicals we are swallowing. We are going to have to go back to a metal kettle. Buy cheap get cheap a total fail on taste!

Works well

The kettle has moulding marks on the lid, top rim of the kettle and the base.I looks like it is a SECOND.

This replaced a kettle that I had for many years which was metal. I now wish I had splashed out and paid a bit more for a metal one as this kettle looks and fills cheap in comparison. But, other than that, it works.

Not fancy but it does its job perfectly. It does not leave a taste like some kettles when you first get them

Brought this as a replacement and I love it, easy to use, light to pick up, nice chunky handle which is good and stable for me as I have problems with my hands and it lights up blue when boiling happy days ... ^-^

The first one sent to me failed after two days the on/off switch would not stay on. On complaining to the suppliers A replacement was sent and so far it is working satisfactorally. I was told the old one was not repairable so not to send it back.

The bargain price was right as it does all that it’s said to do

This is a good looking kettle and very quick.The only thing that I found unpleasant was that it took several boils before the plastic taste disappeared.It is fine now in use.
