Dear Sir or Madam, the machine was working for about a month, but now the steamer which froths the milk is not working. Instead of the water steaming, it is seeping down the plastic cover and on to the removable drip tray. Could you please advise. Seller,can you please explain how we can help ?A replacement would be good as it is not working properly. Seller,ok no problem, we will send you a new item and you will receive in 4 - 6 days.
