Kindle CustomerThe Kettle looks really good and I chose it because you can control the water temperature in 5 degree increments, but it had too many problems to warrant keeping. The lid mechanism repeatedly get stuck once the kettle is warm and will not open. The water takes a long time to boil, and the thermometer is not properly calibrated so the actual water temperature is much hotter than it says. The outside of the kettle gets dangerously hot, and also be aware that this product comes with a plug converter stuck on in order to work in UK plug outlets. Despite the pretty design, I returned the kettle due to its many flaws and I will be buying a kettle from a more reliable brand instead.
