Really good filter kettle. Had a hot cup previously and find this much easier to use. Score would have been better but the base scales up really quickly. Needs to be done each time I change the filter

Excellent kettle.Filtered water makes coffees and teas taste clean and fresh.The glass gets very hot though so becareful.

Saves having a filter jug as well.Useful if there are only two of you. For more cups in one go, a bit laborious. Really only good for two cups. But that is fine by me. Easy to use and looks good.

This kettle is extremely noisy. Much louder than the different brand that it was meant to replace. Any conversations near the kettle may have to wait until it is has boiled. The actual kettle itself is excellent. It does the job well enough, and the filter system is great. However, the noise is so loud that the kettle was returned.

I would not recommend. The glass body of the kettle broke within 2 weeks of purchase after what must have been a knock to the glass that caused a crack that was not visible. When it failed boiling water poured out of kettle everywhere. Complaint made to Russell Hobbs but no response after initial email asking for more details.

LOVE the kettle. Love the filter. I can actually see and taste the difference in the water!Yes it takes an extra minute at the most to fill but it's worth it!

 Ordered this as it's the highest reviewed filter kettle. For the money it's very flimsy and unstable on the base even when full of water. When boiling it shakes all over the place. Not sure if this is unique to mine or a common problem for others.

Good where I am where the waters hard. Still needs a clean out every now and then but not nearly as much as previous kettles without the filtration

using it for about 1 months the lid can't closed/opened properly ，its leaking boiling water from the base and the lid.And it leaks where the glass meets the top plastic body. Dribbling boiling water all over on the worktop.I am very disappointed in the product.disappointed in the product.

We Have been using the plastic version for years and had to replace.My partner loves this kettle combined with Brita filters.No issues so far easy to clean.

I have changed filters regularly, initially the taste was very different but as time goes on (not a lot of time) the limescale is building up despite the filter

Disappointed with this kettle, only had it 6 weeks and after the third filter change in this time (due to constant lime scale build up) decided that it was costing too much in water filters, so we have purchased a different kettle and gone back to using our Brita filter jug before filling kettle.

Bought only a month ago and it is already falling apart! The kettle constantly leaks and the metal base from inside is clearly eroding where the heat pipes are located when it gets hot! Not to mention the condensation forming and that the blue lights sometimes doesn't work! The filter works quite well however, because of these issues I'll be getting rid of it ASAP!

While we like this kettle and boils in next to no time it only seems to last us about 18months before it starts leaking and we have to replace it but it is a great buy

Excellent product, way, way better than the plastic model by the same manufacturer. It’s so quiet and super stylish too

Really lovely kettle, purchased for my auntie. She’s very happy with the style and the aesthetic, and with the speed it boils in.She just keeps saying how much heavier it is than other kettles she’s had.It’s easy to maintain but does suffer from the odd water mark due to it being glass.
