Decent cofee lacks fine tunning

Good machine makes good cofee. The only problem is no fine tunning of the water content. My wofe likes the cofee short and even on the lowest set up still too much water. This can be fixed to a point when you pish again the cofee make button it cuts off and stop. The only problem is you lose the end of the cream which is the best bit. I wish Lavazza make better machine for Modo Mio capsules. With more cream less water.
