Overall a great machine for the price, blows Nespresso pods out the water (hate those things). A compact machine with stylish appearance that looks great on the counter top. Currently using a medium roast Starbucks bean, but think I need to get the dark roast espresso blend next time to make the espresso stronger of flavour. The hot water function is handy, It’s so quick and easy now to make my morning americano!

Good looking machine (except for the coffee nozzle block which is in shiny plastic with the very unfortunate logo).Very good cleaning system.The milk frothing function did not work on the machine I got unfortunately (the indicator would not stop flashing).But the biggest let down is the strength of the coffee. Even with top notch beans (thank you Monmouth) and the strongest setting, it just feels too weak. More americano than espresso. Real shame.I guess it is just impossible to get a proper espresso machine in that price range...

Amazing for the price. We spent ages looking g for a streamline bean to cup machine and this does the job perfectly. If being picky I’d say we can’t get to grips with setting how much coffee we want but it’s no hassle to do it manually select the amount each time.

Appalling product. There is a design fault which means the brewer gets wedged and can not be moved. I’ve had two of these in the last couple months and both have had the same issue. Would be fine if it worked.

Could not tell you what the coffee ratsed like. Couldn't get past a sensor telling me the brewer was not attached when it clearly was. Do not buy this delicate product.

I absolutely love my coffee machine!!! Coffee is delicious and easy to use! Highly recommended!

This was bought as a gift. Once you get the hang of it the machine makes great coffee. The instruction such as they were and then involved going online seemed to be a challenge so making coffee took a few days to perfect. The machine looks good, doesn’t take up too much room and is modern and sleek. The only reason I marked it down one was the instructions. It also makes more noise than expected as all the different aspects get itself into gear but at least it’s over quite quickly

Great contemporary design but more importantly its produces a really great espresso. The attention to detail of the packaging is impressive and completely protects the coffee machine in transit. My household were using up to 40 Nespresso capsules per week. No more plastic going to landfill now and we are saving money every week as beans are cheaper. This machine will pay for itself within 12 months. Great investment.

Fabulous it makes a great coffee really quickly. If there was just one negative its that the milk frother takes a bit long to heat the milk we need to use it twice yo make it hot enough. Other than that it is great
