I suffered the same problem that a lot of others have had! The switch on the kettle is rubbish! It can take several attempts to get the switch to engage! Even when in use the kettle can switch itself off! Contact with seller was excellent and a refund was swiftly paid. Unfortunately the seller seems to have a real problem with this item. Hope they can get recompensed by the manufacturer.

Very quick at boiling water

It stopped working after a week.

The on off button fell off within 3 weeks of purchase. Emailed the seller got absolutely no response. Managed to use kettle by sticking finger into cavity left by button. Then the lid kept jamming, and then the kettle wouldn't stop boiling. Tried contacting via Amazon just to get 'too late' message. Unbelievable. Rubbish kettle, rubbish seller and usual impossible to contact Amazon without going in endless circles

Great kettle. Arrived early. Only thing I am annoyed with is that the photo in the description shows a different red. I expected the metallic looking red AS ADVERTISED, to match my toaster, not some standard red colour ???? I wouldn't have bought this kettle of I'd have known it was this colour .......EDIT 17TH NOVEMBER 2019, KETTLE NOW LEAKS......

I reviewed the Which website and this brand/ model was rated very high and more so the price was perfect.I am left handed and this is solely for someone who is right handed as there is no window on the right side hence, i have to rotate it to see if there is water inside, if I 'd had known i would not have purchased this model.Plus side it does work very efficiently
