Nothing negative to say, I bought the matching toaster and not only does it look great as far as the colour goes but it is great.360 degree rotation, Quick boiling time, not noisy.
Sarah m.This kettle matches our decor in our kitchen, and my wife finds this kettle easy to use.
E. A. ParsonsAlways had one so re ordered when the last one gave up after many years

Amazon CustomerGood value
shamira mohamedIt’s a kettle it boils water so I can have a cup of tea and it looks good what more do you need
mike nicholLike this kettle - 3rd time lucky to get the right colour! My only grievance is that you can’t see from the outside where the minimum amount of water line is
sue malachLooks smart heats water quickly what can I say.
Amazon CustomerAs with the toaster, this kettle does not look blue in most lights, very disappointing as it looks black and not the colour I wanted or thought it would be when ordering.
GranThis is the 2nd De Longhi icona kettle I've bought and I'm very impressed with the range. Stylish looking kettle and the midnight blue colour is very nice
Ruby TI got this to replace the Breville which I bought a few months back and which gives you an electric shock from time to time to remind you who's boss. That proved unnerving so I thought if I spent a bit more then I'd get a better quality product. How wrong can you be.
The base is so light and plasticky it feels like it's made from papier-mâché. Without the kettle docked, any slight curvature in the plug cord is enough to lift one side of the base into the air, even when the cord is pushed into the ill-fitting gap on the rim.
The lid is equally tat, like something out of a Christmas cracker. Most of it is cheap and tacky chrome so don't touch it for five minutes after boiling else you'll burn your fingers. It also gets covered in fingerprints. The whole kettle is such poor quality I'd be genuinely amazed if it cost more than £4 to manufacture.
Some kettle-brained Einstein had the brilliant idea of hiding the level gauge behind the handle, making it almost impossible to read. Not that it matters, because the indicator doesn't start until at least one litre of water is inside, meaning that if you want to use it to judge the right amount of water for three, two or one cups, forget it.
Then again, even if the gauge were informative and visible it would do you little good. See, no matter what you do, the final 100ml of water cannot be poured out of the spout. So if you want to boil water for a single cup you need to add enough water for 1.5 - 2 cups (remembering to guess the amount, of course, as the gauge won't help you). Even then you'll need to literally turn the kettle upside down for it to pour the final bit. The only way to get all the water out is to remove the cheap lid, upend the nasty contraption and shake it over a sink.
But at least it's quiet when it boils. No, I'm joking, it starts off sounding like a fast encroaching forest fire then morphs into a cacophony resembling a rocket launch or a jet fighter on maneuvers.
This specimen has no redeeming features whatsoever

SiLove it!
StanI absolutely love it will fit perfectly to my new kitchen <3
M.sierleckaThis is a smart looking kettle, so far it is working well, fast delivery
Jacqueline P.This kettle looks very good having a textured finish that is just the right colour for our kitchen and is easy to keep looking as new. The "chrome" lid compliments the finish well. We expect it to last (a previous De'Longhi kettle did) as it was to our mind expensive.
Robert G.Have had this for about 6 months and it’s bubbles on the outer coating of the kettle. Disappointing. Kettle works well though.
Stuart TalbotMore pink and less shiny than I expected
Tom TomLove the colour and the shape. Little bit slow due to the lower power but relatively quiet
HankThe only fault is you cannot see water gauge very well. The design and use is great.Doesnt drip its just great.
