I like this kettle because it’s the colour I wanted. I’ve had 2 of these kettles before bot unfortunately they didn’t last too long. I’m just hoping this one will be better.

Mark KasumoThis is my 3rd Bodum kettle - first 2 were great and lasted for years - I've had this one for 2 months and it seems to have burnt out already! Bodum's quality seems to have burnt out too!
SVHave had three of these, all rubbish. The lid on one bent so would not stay closed, another burnt out in the base and melted the plastic the third had a lid fault. Never again !

They look really trendy....but beware!The red button on the top does not click into place properly and the kettle boils with the lid open which is very dangerous. My wife got a terrible burn on her arm from it and now has a permanent scar.She took it back to the shop where we bought it and they didn't want to know about it - refusing a refund - both the kettles have the same problem - so it's not a one off.

Really stylish, practical kettle. Absolutely love it. Holds lots of water, really easy to refill, heats up quickly, and looks gorgeous. The first one I had delivered was faulty - the lid didn't click shut - but the company were very good at replacing it - no charge for return postage - and received the new one promptly, which is fault-free. Recommend this as a good buy.
ChristineOur kitchens have changed a lot in the last ten years. They have become the central hub of our living quarters - almost like the farm kitchens in Denmark used to be, the country where BODUM was founded. They're the place where everything happens, where everybody meets, where discussions are held and beans are spilled. The kitchen calls for laughter and for tears - from mincing onions, mainly. It has become the favorite place to hang out, maybe even watch TV or work on the computer, and definitely enjoy wonderful dinners with friends. The kitchen is no longer a cordoned off place that feeds what's going on in the living room.
