Amazing machine, at an amazing price, the machine has been loved, the coffee is divine, the crema delightful, the cleaning pricey but simple, the milk velvety and the cleaning of that again pricey but simple. However four years on virtually to the day the machine failed, and Jura to repair it want another 1000 pounds to fix. You have been warned!
No ClownI bought a Jura Z6 in March 2016 for £1895 and haven't used it at all for the past year because it broke again for the third time at just over 12 months old. I am frankly fed up with the number of times it has become faulty and has had to be returned for repair. On the first occasion it had to be returned to Jura it was damaged in transit on return to me due to poor packaging. They would not agree to replace the machine despite the damage being their fault. I agreed to get the machine repaired again since I had no choice. Six months later the machine broke again with a different problem and would not work at all: 'Error 2'. I have not had this experience with any other coffee maker at half the price I paid for this one!
