Had this six months and having problems it’s very messy as pods overflow and coffee runs down and underneath machine so have to clean underneath every time it’s used. De longhi customer services aren’t helpful. When coffee pods are used up it’s going in bin.

christinaProduct gave up the ghost after 11months electrical problem kept sparking when put plug in. Checked plug all o k s must have got water in electrics inside machine. Not good buy.
jackxThis is a stunning looking machine and is easy to clean. I found the using instructions rather hard to follow as they were entirely in diagram form with no accompanying text. There is no automatic cut-out when using the machine, and no indication of how long to run it when using the pods, so I am not sure if I am getting the best of the machine as I may be allowing too much water into the mix.
LizzieannI did not realise that it's a machine that does not measure a certain amount of water and then stop; it's a continuous flow and one needs to stand waiting for cup to fill in case it overflows the cup/mug.
It does not make hot coffee either. By the time it's poured and cup taken from kitchen, the coffee is tepid.

SelFelinThis was our 2nd Dolce Gusto Machine, we loved the 1st one but was disappointed with this one. The water doesn't get very hot and has to be finished off in the microwave and it had to be unblocked every couple of days to get a good flow of water, after unblocking many, many times it no longer works at all.Very disappointing
AllisonDoesn’t have a facility to auto switch off , like my older cheaper version . and so I’m constantly mopping up coffee because I forget it’s on .
AliceI first recieved this as a present for Christmas 2015. In January 2017 it broke down so I purchased another one as I liked the product. The machine has stopped working August 2017, I have been trying to contact the company to arrange a replacement as it is well inside the guarantee. Tried phoning and emailing no luck. Customer Service is very bad.
