Returning this item for 2nd time...1st didn't work and the 2nd was a hazard to health...Plug nearly went on fire and melted in socket..
lisaHad to have this replaced and replacement failed also. Both came with ugly adaptors for UK use. Advised that these could fail UK safety regulations.

I intended sending it back but my husband sadly put it in the dustbin and I was unable to retrieve it before the dustman arrived so am out of pocket. Would dearly like to have had a refund. Perhaps if you read this you will send me a refund

R W.I had to request a replacement for this kettle in which I have to say was quick and easy to do. however, I received the replacement and within a few days of using this product the plug began to give off a burning smell. I unplugged immediately and returned today. I do not trust the safety of this product at all.
