Great product, can get a little lost at times and stuck but overall well worth the price.

This is a great machine. Tell Alexa and the cleaning starts or begin from outside your house with the smartphone app. It works away tirelessly and all you have to do is empty the dust box now and again. A must for busy homes with kids or pets.

With holiday homes, I need several robot vacs. This is by far my favourite. Instructions are easy to follow Thus it is easy to set up in minutes and equally easy to connect to Alexa. This robot is slim and cleans below tables and stools. With Alexa I can have my holiday home cleaned well before I get there. Robot Vacs have been improving greatly since the old bump and bounce types. This is sophisticated and at a very affordable price which is important when you need more than one.

Does not connect to current wifi routers, i.e. 5Ghz, so cannot use the apo and does not connect to smart home setup.Very out-of-date machine ... will be returning.

Nice and quiet, app is easy once you download the right one there are two

As a robot vac it does an acceptable job. The cleaning pattern is a bit random but seems to cover most of the area. It's low profile also helped it get under furniture. It had difficulty connecting to my BT Hub wifi. Managed it eventually but had to fiddle with the wifi settings on the hub. Once connected the app is pretty good. Give a handy log showing when it was cleaning and for how long. It also tracks usage of brushes and cleaning pad giving an indication when they might need replacing. Main gripe was, at the time of writing this review it is not compatible with Alexa as stated in the title. Tried to link with the Ecovacs Alexa skill and got a message saying it doesn't support this model. Tried contacting their tech support about this but got no response.

I am pretty happy with this little helper. The floor is decently cleaned up every time it runs.There are few significant issues that stop me from giving 5-stars:1. Docking station is completely ignored during cleaning. The DeeBot runs through it several times during cleaning and sometimes pushes and displaces it so badly that It can't find It anymore when it is time to go back to dock and charge itself.2. Small obstacles are okay, big obstacles are okay, but:- 2.a. office chairs with wheels are like trap-cages for the DeeBot. Sometimes it gets stuck underneath and beeps profoundly for a rescue.- 2.b. low thresholds - total nightmare. Gets stuck ON THEN and can't move.3. The microfiber towel gets worn out too fast. After DeeBot going on cleaning 5 times (2 weeks) I was expecting to be able to just wash it away and reuse it. Unfortunately it's a bit teared already and if I put it in the laundry - it will become garbage.4. Small door mats - as written in the manual - should be put out of DeeBot's way.Apart from this and considering the affordable price - I am happy.

Not suitable for carpeted areas.Cant work out if this cleaner has any itelligence at all or is it just totally random in its method of navigation as it does seem to get lost sometimes. It is like a blind person feeling their way around.Once the amusement of watching it perform has faded, its best just to let it get on with its business and ignore it unless it beeps for help.Ive not used the remote control that came with it yet as ive found the app very easy to use instead.The whole appliance is so easy to use with or without the remote or app.Its my first robot vac and I would say that this is probably just above entry level. It works fine though I cannot find a way how to program it to start at a certain time as indicated in its instruction manual.Also would like to know how I can obtain more extra side brushes when required.
