It's a good machine, far better than my old one. I particularly wanted one that uses ESE pods (as well as ground coffee) as there's less mess. The trouble is you have to work out how to use it, as the instructions are hopeless. It takes a while too - I'm still trying to work out why it goes into rinse mode every time I switch it on but I'll get there in the end. Makes a great cup of coffee.
