Keeps coffee warmer longer, which was the original reason for purchase. Clock controls are in a very awkward place. When you try to set the timer alarm you have to hold on to the machine otherwise you end up chasing the coffee maker around the worktop
PeterFull jug of coffee stays hot for ages which is the reason we bought a coffee maker with a thermal jug after previous disappointing coffee makers.. Less than a full jug of coffee isn't piping hot even when the inside of jug is rinsed out with boiling water before making the coffee.

Rajwindermakes superb, smooth coffee, better than all previous filter machines. Keeps coffee piping hot in its insulated jug. Not needing a base heater for the jug, the hot coffee keeps fresher for longer.. Cleaning the insulated jug is a bit more difficult because of the necessarily narrow neck. a small price to pay for the overall quality of the machine.
BryanVery good coffee maker and cheap, does the job very well and quickly, looks very good and stylish in the kitchen, the coffee tastes very good (I drink German Dallmayr or Jacobs), easy to clean in the washing machine after each use, has got a few features as timer and limescale mode, however, I haven’t used them yet. Aroma selector works pretty well as well. I don’t drink coffee so much so this one was an ideal choice for me in this price range.. Having read one of the reviews before, I could agree that the coffee is not boiling hot when made, however, in my onion, it’s hot enough to drink it ideally in small cups and leave the rest in the jug on the hot plate so you can always refill when you fancy another cup.

TomVacuum pot so it keeps coffee warm, no need for heating element.. Only way to warm coffee after is gone cold is microwave or pour it back through the machine.
SpencerI bought this coffee maker to replace a Kenwood machine that had lasted for over 15 years with a little help from espares for new heater element. This machine makes great coffee in just a few minutes and the vacuum mug keeps it hot for ages. However the jug is not that easy to clean but being steel it just needs a rinse. The use of paper filters is also good as I do not get any coffee grains in my cup as I did with the old machine that had a reusable filter basket, I am very pleased with it so far.
