After using the machine for approx 2 weeks once a day it has broken. The nozzle that slots into the lid of the coffee jar has fallen out. So annoying

The seal was already broken on the machines packaging, amazon box was intact.On opening the machine it appeared dirty and had scratched, damaged plastic.The jug had clearly been used, in face it actually had a coffee stain around the lid! The inside of the glass had greasy, streaky wipe marks. Disgusting.

Emma D.Generally my sister was very happy from this gift. Coffee had a rich flavour, intensive smell from freshly grounded beans...but after 20 days coffee with coffee bits started leaking from the hole at the top of the machine. After another 5 days it broke down completely.

WoonyIt's a quick brewing machine and it looks smart. I don't like the fact that it only stays on for 40 minutes. It means that, after having one cup of coffee, I have to rush around in order to get my second one before it switches off and the coffee cools down. Be careful when pouring the water into the tank or it can go into the filter section. Other than that, well, it does the job, but not as well as I would have liked. A bit disappointing for a good looking machine.
