cosbackThe dials are increadibly hard to read. It doesn't seem to vary no matter what setting, have to do crumpets 3 times. The lift up feature is useless and very temperamental. Doesn't toast evenly on both sides and big slices don't fit. Complete waste of my money, wish I hadn't bought it, Can't afford to replace it, so really hacked off. Wish I had read the reviews before buying it.
