The toaster was gorgeous to look at but it burnt the toast and did not turn off! A real fire hazard!!!

NeneThis toaster is just beautiful, but does not toast properly. It toast one side much more than the other, so it’s needed to stop and turn the bread manually if you don’t want one side black and the other white. Disgusting. I saw comments mentioned this before get it, I didn’t believe it much, it’s 100% true and for this money you expected something else
franciscoFor the cost of this brand you would expect the toaster to toast evenly. I contacted De’Longhi customer service regarding this and sent them the attached photos, they said it was perfectly acceptable and the toaster was not faulty! Hence returning this product. I will now purchase a cheaper brand of toaster which can actually do a much better job. Shame really as I did like the style of this toaster.
