Not as good as the old 900 i have. It does not blend anywhere near as good. Big design issues Very disappointed

Box damaged when I collected it , but as the assistant disappeared before l noticed I glanced inside to check for damage but it looked ok. When I got home I then considered it may have been dropped. I gave it as a present , but when my partner unpacked it I noticed the motor unit was not wrapped and scratched and that the mains plug was unprotected and loose in the packaging. Also the user guide and recipe book was missing. As no local Argos had a replacement in stock I returned it for a refund.

Feels like we get a raw deal in the UK. Did so much research before deciding on this. I thought I was buying the Nutribullet Lean but apparently this is the equivalent in this market. It’s definitely a peg lower in featues and design however. Additionally, a burning motor smell is emitted after every use even if all I’m using it for is to blend soft fruit and greens. Didn’t expect that. The smoothies are smooth though. Can’t lie.

I followed the manual to the letter, watched Youtube videos on how to use it but still in normal use with well watered up recipes, the machine would just smell like the motor was burning out. Horrible smell. I sent it back and swapped it for a Ninja in the same price band. I'm loving that, it blends frozen carrots and spinach into smooth cream like drinks. This one you could taste the spinach bits and it wasn't as smooth. So really glad I swapped now. Burning out motor is a common problem.
