Amazon CustomerI bought a new grinder from a company with a strange sounding foreign name, only to find that my wife did not have the strength to operate it!
The Russell Hobbs does everything that it claims. As a retired engineer, the only improvement which could easily have been made, was to have eradicated the sharp corners on the receptacle. After time, these crack, which is why I misguidedly bought a foreign machine to replace my previous Russell Hobbs.

Derek WrightIt doesn't grind the coffee fine enough for espresso machines!
Serkan KucukAfter upgrading my drip system to this from the Hario hand grinder, I must say although its perfect sized, quiet and very fast, my coffee tastes significantly worse compared to the brew from my hand grinder. I am not sure wether its the speed or the tiny metal burrs but its just not the same anymore and any coffee that goes through this thing will have a bitter overtone to it while missing all the distinct flavours. Its also full of static as well, this thing will have coffee stuck all over its interior for ever and ever...
