The juicer can not juice fruits and vegetables to an end. It throws out last pieces 4-6 cm. Particularly citrus ones. Its filter has been distorted in a week. The filter grater quite sharp in the very beginning went blind in a week as well. You need to force press on fruits and vegs. If I knew it before I would never have bought it.

Not good. Motor stopped working after 2nd use.

Arrived very fast. Sadly the product didn't match up to the delivery. Spent a long time choosing this unit, paid for Which reviews etc. Assembled it turned it on, it made a noise for about a second and then went dead. External fuse is Ok so presume something broken inside. Never even got to put a piece of fruit or veg in it.

Recently bought this juicer. It definitely does it's job and is easy to use but there are two things that I don't like so much. One: after using the machine you have to do a lot of cleaning. You'll find pulp everywhere and even big chunks of fruit and veg. Secondly: it's almost worth while straining the pulp because it feels there's still a lot of juice left. In hindsight would have preferred a machine that is more precise and squeezes every single drop out of fruit / veg.

This juicer hummed for about 3 seconds the first time I turned it on and then failed. I changed the fuse and checked I hadn't done anything incorrect. On contacting the Braun helpline (6 minute wait for a response) the advisor told me the machine was faulty and needed to be returned to the shop. All in all I wasted about 2 hours on this machine. Perhaps I was unlucky but based on my experience, I can only give this appliance one star.

I know it's subjective but I don't understand, how anyone can like or enjoy this product. I wont elaborate on how flimsy and not that easy to clean product this is. Main issue: MASSIVE waste of whatever you try to juice out, less than 50% of fluid contained in fruit/veg gets through, which also makes everything pretty messy. And although this is stated in a product guidelines, I will emphasise it here - can't cope with starch based stuff - I tried it - it really cant; so forget about bananas and such. Overall, embarrassing product from braun. Can't even put it to charity due to massive waste issue. The time of buying it, unpacking, washing, re-packing and returning is also massive pain in the backside. Enough said.

Can improve the way it works and the price

Our previous juicer was cheaper than this one and lasted a few years. This one lasted less then a year before it broke. Seems to be poor quality.

It broke after just a month... stop working.... Contacted the seller and they just told me to CALL directly to Braun!

It has broken, trying to get the part sent out, or a refund, not happy

Two broken in two months. The first one lasted a day, breaking the second time I used it. The second one lasted six weeks, after having had a break of about three weeks of not using it. Do not buy this product, it doesn’t last.

I bought this product and it stopped working completely after a few minutes. Amazon then returned it and replaced it with another one which worked really well for almost a week, then stopped working completely - again. Really, really poor quality. Avoid. I noticed that the previous 1 star review has been removed from here, too!!

Does the job - works well though like most juicers a bit of a fiddle to clean. Now use a blender most of the for ease of use

Requires a lot more cleaning than reviews suggest, expensive for what it is but does the job and so far I cant really complain other than the large amounts of cleaning required.

Rubbish! I bought this product, set it up correctly, turned it on to use it and it worked for approximately 2 seconds before conking out!! Had to return it.

Side clips broke very soon after delivery.In process of exchanging for a new one,which is taking far too long

Looks good but bigger and heavier than expected. Still has all the parts to take out, empty and wash..But it's all dishwasher friendly. Doesn't juice kale very well. Hard veg juices better.....but it does produce tasty, full flavoured juice.

It manages to get the juice out of hard fruits and veg, very easily and is very fast at its job. In regards to the leaves like kale and spinach, and soft fruits, I felt that it doesn't manages to do the job so well. The pulp is wet when tried to juice soft fruits.Its a easy to clean juicer and can be cleaned by hand quickly as everything can be washed in dishwasher. There is a brush that comes to clean the juicer, which is extremely handy and useful. The machine is well made and easy to use. The only trouble I had with the juicer was that the locking clasps are not so strong and my broke within 2 months of the purchase. This makes the machine useless. I don't even know, how it broke. The Braun customer service has been good and have offered to repair it without any added cost.
