Works but incredibly noisey

It does what it says. A good cooler and heating fan and very energy efficient saving a fair amount on energy bills.

This is great for the hot weather and use at home.

I really like this product. It is just what I need in this hot weather and it is so compact and light.

Purchased for a work environment. Our Accounts lady always cold, even with heating close to cremation. Excellent quality, lightweight and well made.

This heater conked out after two months of using it for two minutes in the morning and two minutes in the evening. Hardly an impressive performance. Do not wish it to be replaced, cannot recommend.

This heater burnt my floor during one week of use, causing damage which will cost around £1,000 to repair. There was no warning on the product packaging that use on a wooden floor is unsafe.I sent photographs and repair cost estimates to Beldray and received the following answer:"Thank you for the information provided, however we do need to refer you to the manual for the Beldray Heater that specifically advises to place the heater on a Heat Resistant surface. Therefore, we are unable to proceed with your claim for expenses for damage to your property."Checking the manual, they are correct - that phrase is embedded deep within the manual, amid warnings you see in all manuals.This heater is sold in the UK. Purchased from Wilko for 10GBP, has far exceeded my expectations. Warms the room up much faster than expected, in literally 5 minutes my bedroom goes from feeling frosty to nice and cosy. Has a smart shutoff function (the first dial you can see in the picture) which allows you customize at what heat level the thermostat automatically turns off. Although you probably shouldn't do so, you could actually leave this device un-monitored, as it will turn itself off every time the room reaches a certain temperature, then after about 10 minutes, turn on again for about 1 minute, ad-infinitum, to keep the room at that temperature.Only downside is that it is rather loud - this is due to the fan, which blasts hot air into your room powerfully. Pity the 1000watt setting doesn't make it any quieter, so for this reason, there's actually no point in using the 1000watt setting, just keep it on 2000watt and it will heat twice as fast.It's plastic, yes, but don't let that put you off. Works very well.

Good basic fan heater. Works well enough and only let down by a slightly cheap and nasty safety plunger in case it gets knocked over. Needs to be metal - not plastic
