I love it
carta monicaGood value for money...high heat setting heats pretty quickly, no fuss easy to use heater...fairly quiet when switched on, well worth the money for an instant heat solution.
Amazon CustomerNot worth the money. Bought in Nov 15 its fan been making a noise this evening in Feb 17, after a scant 15 months' use.Buy something cheaper that, even if less stylish, might last better. It's off to the small appliance centre at the local tip next visit.

Amazing heater. Can heat a room really quickly, doesn't emit/leave a horrid burning smell when on and doesn't suck on the electricity. Would definitely recommend :)
LauraWorks as it should, pleased
bookwormGood heater but difficult to carry one handed. The fan speed is such that even on the 3kW setting the air from the heater is warm but not too hot. As usual, with all the De'Longhi fan heaters I have bought, the thermostat is a bit 'iffy'. Good product though. Would recommend it.
D F BriggsNeat little fan heater just noisier than our previous one
cathrine peacockVery noisy from the beginning and after only 2 years of very light use (kept at my mums house in my room for when I stay) overheats and cuts out on higher setting after a few minutes. So can only use on lower setting. Guarantee is 1 year, so DeLonghi are sympathetic but cannot help (said some people are just unlucky ). If you buy these from John Lewis you do at least get a 2 year guarantee. At £35 this is not only the most expensive fan heater I have bought but also the worst performer.
DebbieUseful for instant heat to boost in cold weather
Paul GriffithsThe hand to carry this has been designed so poorly I always drop it. Otherwise works as expected...
SDGIt heats the room quite well but is very noisy compared to other fan heaters. I bought this for my mother and when it is on she can't hear the TV. Also, the cable is extremely short which has caused another problem for my mother by restricting where she can position the heater. (The cable is only approx 1 m long)
aussie joa bit noisy and difficult to lift as no proper handle
marekFirstly, I received the oscillating one and not the one stated. Also, it says the words Silence System, which I have to say, I have no idea what that refers to other than when it's switched off! It's very noisy! The thermostat isn't quite as sharp as I'd like to be, stays on a little too long and stays off a little too long. On a positive note, it's very effective and heats my conservatory in record time. The cool setting was also good in the summer. My advice, go for the Dimplex glo fan, my friend has one and it's way better, wish I had and wish they made one in white!
princesshartshornAll as described. Good quality and works well.
FrankoWe have had this little piece of wonder for quite some time now and it works wonders. We can't even have it on full because it gets too hot!! Soooo worth having it around when you don't want to turn on the heat in the whole house or when you are somewhere without a central heating (like we are now)!!!
HUGO C ALVESbought this for the awning in the caravan a very good quality heater.
janFirst the positive - plenty of heat - most fan heaters are only 2kw and I purchased this specifically because of the extra output as our office is quite large and gets pretty cold during the Winter months. Major downside, the complete failure of the handle to be fit for purpose. It was dropped (and a piece broken off) within 10 minutes of getting it unpacked. Everyone who picks it up to move it, drops it, because it slips straight out of your hand. I fear it will not last long, as it will clearly not be designed to be dropped constantly
