The inside plastic parts break inside. The information says this product is has 10 years guarantee, not on parts to my disappointment. Vitality 4 Life have given me free parts but I still need to pay for postage, which I have done reluctantly. I've had the juicer since March 2017 and use it for juicing wheatgrass only. The parts broke 3 months later. It has take 4 emails to arrange these parts to be shipped to me. When considering a wheatgrass juicer, buy one with non-plastic parts in them if you can. You will have to pay the higher price unfortunately. Good luck.

I researched what kind of juicer should I buy for about 2 months before purchasing. I am really happy with the price (mine was used and cheaper). It juices greens and hard veggies and fruits excellent. But when it comes to softer veggies and apples it get stuck. I can't juice apples, cucumbers, or kiwi. It's upsetting because I would love to have carrot, beetroots and apple juice but I can't juice an apple. I used it a lot at first but now I only juice carrots now and then. The pulp is dry which is great and it is a big plus.

It doesn't work so well as the older model that I have. Some things slide, slip along over the top of the screw rather than going around in it… and there are a lot of small particles so it has to be passed through a sieve or the juice is not palatable. I was disappointed having used the older one for many years now and it still works fine. We are making a lot of juice and there is a difference in the quality of the juice, but… the good thing about it is that is easier to clean and much easier to put back together after. Thanks

Hi, I do not recommend buying anything vitality4life. I contacted them (by e-mail) for information on the juicer and did not answer me. Still I decided to buy the machine because I was very interested. The machine proved to be not as good as I thought, it has a pretty major flaw is that the output of juice is prior to the filter and that makes passing small particles peeling in a smoothie is very unpleasant (ie does not filter) . I decided to return it because I do not like. And here my nightmare started. I have contacted them numerous times via e-mail and although I have replied that there is no way my money back, 300 euros. And that the own website advertised that you could try free for 30 days, free for all, because these people have been with my money.

I bought it on the web page vitality4life, my blender did not work well because fluid lost by a board, the customer service works very bad, got it back but I'm still waiting for my money back and have been two months. I told them that I will report on consumption. In licuados.que in the week I tried it did not filter well and were very thick, for that reason also returned it and did not want another but my money back as promised on their website if you were not satisfied, but so I'm looking at is not.

It broke within two days. After many phone calls I finally was offered a replacement and then they delivered it earlier than they said they would whilst I was away and now I will have to go through the whole lengthy procedure of re- ordering again. Because it was sent back. I have to say that when it worked it was great and I could have been unlucky. My major gripe is getting it replaced. We'll see how the next one operates.

I have only used this for making juice and not the other attachments. The juice is much better than the £70 spinning disc juicers I have used previously. The other advantage is it is quiet and will not disturb the neighbours if used late at night.On the down side the pulp is not particularly dry and the so-called variable pressure dial makes no real difference in my view. Also, the plastic drum/auger assembly moves up and down a bit when the auger is juicing. The plastics do not seem all that good and I have no confidence that the plastic parts will stand the test of time. And the guarantees have all sorts of get-out clauses . I would not buy this again, I'd either go cheaper and not have so much expectation or pay more for something more completely solid.To me the breadstick mincing strainer assembly is gimmicky sales stuff that will just clutter the cupboard and I would have preferred instead a second plastic juicing assembly so that when this one breaks (and I believe it will)I have a replacement.

Somehow I think we got sent a second hand/reconditioned juicer. The box was partially open, the contents of the plastic ends were sealed but the black motor seems to be slightly scratched & of a dull finish. I'm guessing someones used it & sent it back, on it's journey someones changed the plastic sealed components for new & in doing so forgot to give all the literature with it. Missing recipe book, warranty & probably a lot more. Hoping Vitality for Life or Amazon will contact us! The juicer works fine - we would like a new one though : (
