It have been arrived damaged, whith poor packaging and the iron was dripping water. In rest was ok but the iron wasn't looking as new becouse the original box doesn't have any seal.
Andr33aThis was a great iron. When you kept it topped up. Used water quickly but hey - its water - you just get more from the tap. With the steam it made ironing easy. But... at 10 months.. plug it in... nothing. Dead. Changed fuse and still nothing. Yes I could get tefal to look at it - repair it etc. But 10 months??? No. Not good enough.

I had it 3 months before it leaked on both occasions and will not be buying another one. Interestingly my sister had exactly the same problem with the one she had and it tripped her electrics whenever she put it on. Mine didn't do that but left water all over the ironing board and on the floor.
Mrs S.This iron is poorly designed and the base plate does not get hot enough, so ironing is quite difficult. I have always bought tefal irons and always been happy, but this is really poor. The control for the steam is also either on or off more or less so it’s hard to control. Disappointing overall.

Suzanne DavidsonI have loved Tefal irons for years as they normally last for ages. This one conked out on me after 10 months! Thankfully before the guarantee ran out. Borrowed a Russell Hobbs Powerstream from a friend and I think I prefer this one is away for repair and may well be my last Tefal.

Dan from HungaryI bought this in November 2018; today it's stopped working. It leaked a lot in the early days, despite the claim that it doesn't drip. It never really seemed to get as hot as I would like it. The button for the spray is inconveniently located under the handle so I accidentally sprayed the clothes more than I intended to.Not a good purchase.

Moores'I bought this item and it does make ironing easier. However, after 16 months it broke, just outside warranty. I ordered a new one (same model) thinking it was just bad luck. Three months later, the new one broke as well and after sending it for repair, I was told it wasn't possible to repair and I'd be refunded. Unbelievable that this product just doesn't last at all.
Kindle Jorgethe iron just turned on immediately came out of the limestone and after using it the second time dripped water, also the writing on the handle seems faded as if it had already been used. It was not possible to request a replacement.

Worked fine for 5 months in fact it was a good iron to start with but now won't reach temperature or steam properly. Contacted Tefal as instructed by Amazon and it must be returned for repair, given the cost of that I have thrown it away and bought a much cheaper iron and it's better!

Darren M.I have had two of these irons now. The first one returned as started spraying brown water on my clothes. Now after a year, the second one has started staining my clothes with dirty water. I use ironing liquid, therefore it's not tap water causing the water to discolour.. not happy
