Having had an earlier model of the chopper was really disappointed to find that instead of 'chopping' like my old Moulinex, this 'updated' model minces everything to a mush in seconds so quite useless as a chopper.

leaked liquid into motor parts did not last long. company should redesign this product

this product was basically faulty but the seller did not want to confess . when i operate it the motor was making sparking light which I consider very dangerouse, i told the seller but they said it is because the motor working. any way this is not the first time i used food processors and never seen such a lighting with any of my machaine. they told me they will collect it to test at thier own shop. 3 days later they phoned to tell me the machain is ok , I said i don't want a machaine that makes spark so they took it back but charged me for the collection which is very expensive. all in all I will never on earth recommend even aproach this product as a matter of saftey.

This product replaced one I had had for years and I am very happy with it. Herb and spice chopper is much easier to clean than previous model and I find it useful having one machine which does several jobs ie it liquidises, purees, chops and grinds. Suits me well.
