This was my first cordless iron but I had to repeatedly place it back on the charging plate after only 30 seconds and my ironing task took for ever! I returned this to Amazon,. A complete waste of money. I love Tefal irons but definitely not this design!
mrs l bixleyThe BEEPING oh my god the BEEPING. WHO DESIGNED IT? Are they sadists? The constant, constant need to recharge leadi g to a constant beeping makes a dress take about 4-6 recharges. Absolutely the worst electronic product I've ever bought wish I had returned it after the first use instead of letting it get past the date of refund.
MimsThe iron arrived on time but product is very poor. The plastic cover that is in the whole where you add the water will not stay shut or even fit the whole properly so there fore the water just pours out all over the clothes.Not impressed £40 wasted, DO NOT BUY!
Sarah BoxallI can’t understand how this product has such good reviews. The first problem is that it cannot stand up on its own so has to be returned to the base every time you need to put it down. But worse than that, it beeps after 30 seconds if hasn’t been returned to the base-a feature that can’t be overridden. Ironing’s not much fun at the best of times, and to be harangued by your iron every 30 seconds because you haven’t stopped, really doesn’t make it any more of an enjoyable chore.
Rachel MorrishThe design is pleasant but before you can use it it takes forever and every time you put it on the charger because you are moving the clothes when you pick it back is not ready yet or the steam doesn't come out! It is quite frustrating...I am using a £20 iron that works much better.

We were going to return it to the store but it actually worked fine. Still, it's put me off buying anything from Argos again.

ClaireThis iron is light weight and easy to store. It looks nice and was a good price. However it takes ages to be ready to use and has to be returned to the cradle very frequently, which makes ironing very time consuming. When it is hot enough it does a reasonable enough job, but it flashes red quickly and required recharging more often than I expected it to.
LauraBI like the fact of no cord and the freedom this gives but you do not get a lot of time before it bleeps and needs to be put back on base. To be fair, it doesn't take long to heat up again. Fortunately I don't have a lot of heavy duty ironing so is fine for me as I can iron the bit i need before bleep, put it back on base, sort garment for next bit to iron and it has heated up again. If you have a lot of heavy duty ironing, this iron will probably slow you down. I personally don't mind it once you get used to it
