This is the worsest dryer I have bought. Takes forever to partially dry clothes. You switch the dryer on again because the clothes are still damp it will run for a bit then stop. The clothes don’t even warm up at this point. I have had to rewash clothes because they haven’t dried properly and when I’ve gone to iron them they stink. My radiators are covered in clothes that need drying.AO customer service I insist that an engineer needs to come out to check the dryer. If a fault confirmed then I get a refund otherwise I’m stuck with it!!!!I’ve had this dryer less than 2 weeks. If I insist on a return I get partial refund. What kind of service is that? Tried all the trouble shooting on the Samsung site.Don’t waste your time or money buying this heap of ****. Not fit for purpose.
